Broome holds some air of mystery, maybe it’s the days past, knowing the town was a bustling pearling town, a hub for trade and a melting pot of cultures. Maybe it’s the beauty of the landscape, particularly the coast. Or maybe the tropical and lush vegetation where seeds are sewn.

Broome is a town full of surprising history.

Broome is a town full of surprising history. It is well set out with a great buss serv ice to get you around to most of the tourist attractions at a reasonable price. If I were to go again I would get the bus pass sooner. The people were friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable prices for food and drinks were. There were lots of good places to eat, especially the cafes.

Didn’t request for breakfast. Location is excellent. Your reception at Moonlight Bay stayed a little longer for my arrival, and showed me the way to Bayside. Being first time to Broome, travelling alone, and at 7pm it is completely dark, getting the hotel key from a lock box i can imagine it would be very difficult for me to find the way to Bayside with the luggage etc, esp there was no one around to ask for direction. So your reception at Moonlight suite is very helpful.

The ladies that checked us in were very friendly and gave us some good advice on what to see around the area. 5 minute walk from Cable Beach and Zanders Restaurant. Divers Tavern 2 minutes away. Broome Explorer Bus stop nearby and the General Store across the road. 3 bedroom apartment was really clean and kitchen was well equipped with utensils etc. Comfy beds which was a plus after all the walking we did. Would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to my friends.

The Oakes at Cable Beach is in a great position close to beach and entertainment. The self contained apartments are spacious and have all you need. Nice to be able to cook if you wish. The pool facilities are great with some apartments sharing a private pool. The main pool area is huge with all you need to make your stay enjoyable in the warm weather. Would stay here again

The location is great for town beach and matsos, and there is a bus stop outside for getting to cable beach and China town. Great spot for ‘staircase to the moon’ if you’re there at the right time! Our apartment was great, on a corner with a great view of the pool and a big balcony. Very comfortable and spacious.

Right in town. Perfect location. Amazingly quiet for a hotel. At check in I requested a ground floor room as I had hurt my foot and couldn't go up the stairs to the 1st floor that had been pre booked. They changed us to a ground floor room with no problems.

We had an apartment that was clean, spacious and had a view to the sea. The local bus stopped nearby and this was a convenient way to explore Broome. The hotel is close to Matsoes Brewery and Restaurant, which is great for a drink and a meal.

We really loved staying here. The highlight was the pool. It was salt water and only lightly clorinated and the kids had a great time in there for hours. The rooms are really well laid out. We liked this place better than Cable Beach Resort.

Location was perfect if you wish to stay right on Cable Beach. Had a fantastic gym for hotel/resort standards! And the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel.
