The room was great and a good location for what I I was doing. The room was very comfortable and unique. I had lots of choices close by for eating. Parking was a short distance away, and I opted to pay for the parking to ensure I could leave the car there for two days. Cost was negligible. Excellent room and very helpful host.

The Romana Casale was terrific.
The Romana Casale was terrific. Better than we might have imagined. It is slightly outside of the town.
The town was difficult to navigate--the narrowest streets we have experienced, and you must climb straight up to reach open restaurants, near as we can tell. It is likely different during high season, with more things open.

The city has a particular charm very different from the towns in the Val de Noto we visited and one has a much stronger sense of thousands (!) of years of continual living and history. Make sure to visit the Villa Romana del Casale, fantastic!

Incredible historical area.
Incredible historical area. So many ancient temples in one place with detailed information posted throughout the site. Take a hat, water bottle, sunscreen, and wear comfortable shoes. It is easy to get around though not always on even ground. Easy to park at either entrance, allow at least 2 1/2 to 3 hours. There is also a cafe on site.

Piazza Armerina, the incredible Roman villa and mosaics was a highlight of our 12 days in Sicily. and absolute 'must' but recommend that you see the INCREDIBLE mosaics at opening or near closing time so you are not hemmed in by busloads of people and explanations from Babylon. (I speak many languages, but not all at once!) The town itself was very nice as well. Cute terraces, little park, beautiful historic buildings and little cobblestone streets. Ample (paid, inexpensive) parking everywhere.
(Regarding the B&B: the 2nd 'B' is supposed to refer to 'breakfast'. There was absolutely nothing! Many places in Sicily had a Q-code or such so you could go and have breakfast somewhere. A cute idea if you're not one who needs that 1st coup of coffee at rising, but this should be noted in the description prior to payment!)

We chose b&b Diana based on reviews and location near bus stop since we were traveling by bus. Staff was waiting upon arrival and were very helpful. Bottled water in our room, juices and light snacks in common area kitchen. Room was at front of property overlooking a busy street but windows shut out most of street noise. Typical Sicilian breakfast in cafe on ground level. Owner and employees made us feel right at home. Limited English speaking staff, but not a big deal. A translation app solved any language barriers.
Excellent B&B with modern accommodation and central location in the centre of the town.
Very friendly host, who guided us to the nearby free parking, only 3 mins walking from the facility. He also gives free of charge a free degustation invitation but unfortunately we were too tired to make use of it.
Breakfast is very copious and with various menus you can choose from.
Although the location is in the center it is absolutely quite.
Highly recommended! 👍🙏
We loved absolutely everything about this place! The hosts were so welcoming and helpful. They also gave us some great cultural tips. The location is peaceful and offers breathtaking views. Perfect to relax and find some peace and quiet. The facilities were perfect and clean and the breakfast was all homemade and delicious by wonderful Nicky. A must when visiting the surroundings of Piazza Armerina!!
The pool and gardens are idyllic, and the breakfast was the best I had in Sicily. Just not an overnight, you need to stay longer to let the peacefulness sink in. You can use it as a base for day trips, or just be lazy like me and enjoy a book and some wine by the pool. I only wish they served dinner, then I wouldn't ever have to leave!
Everything about the stay was incredible. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, the room was nice and clean, and they even helped us find parking. But the best part was the dinner that the host cooked for us, it was by far the best food we've had in Sicily! Anyone staying here should definitely opt in for the dinner.
We loved the perfect location of Casa Sulla Collina d'Oro, facing a stunning view of Piazza Armerina.
Food that was served in a beautiful autentic room was excellent. The owner and his daughter were most attentive , generous and kind .The house is spotless. We reccomend staying here , and surely will stay again if we return
We stayed at la Collina D'Oro which is of the same owner Luciano. He informed me of the change prior our arrival (days before)which was better than we expected. Very equipped since we had a dog and our room had a front lawn. Breakfast was great and the capuccino was the best I had in Sicily. Thank you Luciano.
The place was away from the city's noise but close to the city centre at the same time. Perfect spot!
The room was cosy with a beautiful view of the countryside. Exceptional breakfast with a great host who helped us go around Sicily and discover new places. I will definitely come back!
A lovely house with all you need for a comfortable stay in beautiful and friendly Piazza Armerina. The Villa Romana de Cazale is a must see on a trip to Sicily. Good recommendations for food from the hosts. Early check-in was possibel. Good information on WhatsApp.
The staff were fantastic. So welcoming and helpful. We had a flat tyre and they went to great lengths to help us. The room was lovely and the location was perfect, right on the square. Breakfast was perfect for us. We really enjoyed our stay in Piazza Armerina
Owners were very hospitable and cooked a delicious spread for dinner and breakfast. Went to the extent of picking us up and dropping us off at the bus station.. Room was fully equipped and huge!!! Highly recommended B&B if you are at Piazza Armerina!!
Breakfast was amazing, plentiful, delicious and the food kept coming . Our host was lovely, made most of the food himself and much came from his garden. He was generous in allowing us to store luggage when we visited nearby Villa Romano del Casale
Very original accommodation with a lot of character. I loved the original design in the room as well as in the bathroom with a lot of attention to detail. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Best accommodation during my trip around Sicily.
Clean, centrally located, good value room in Piazza Armerina. Great shower and use of a kitchen/fridge. Breakfast was in a cafe nearby - coffee and croissant with the locals. .
Our hosts were very welcoming, provided a lovely breakfast, the room was large, clean & quiet. It was easy to park outside and close to the historic centre of Piazza Armerina.
