JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Shanghai Pudong is located on the bank of Huangpu River in Shanghai’s dynamic Pudong district and close to Lujiazui central business district. We liked everything with the only exception of the swimming pool, which was not well organized and full of “outside” people.

Offering stunning views of Shanghai skyline, the gorgeous Regent Shanghai Pudong stands in Lujiazui financial district in Pudong New Area. The view from the room but also from the swimming pool are exceptional. In overall the comfort of the room is was perfect and the experience was very enjoyable. The facilities and services are great.

Idealmente situado, em um edifício icônico no centro financeiro de Lujiazui, o IFC Residence fica a cerca de 3 minutos a pé da Torre Jin Mao, do Centro Financeiro Mundial de Xangai, da Torre de Xangai... De estar inserido num shopping com o metro.

Jinling Purple Mountain Hotel Shanghai is located at the Lujiazui Financial Zone, around a 40-minute drive from Pudong Airport. The hotel offers a fitness centre and a roof garden with outdoor pool. Nice room, great view, very convenient location

Overlooking the Bund and the Huangpu River, Pudong Shangri-La, Shanghai is located in the Lujiazui financial district and is composed of 2 towers. The hotel is great. This is the first hotel where I could not find any faults with the room and the bathroom. They thought about everything! The attention to detail is amazing. For eg; I always complain about not having enough hooks to hang towels; not in this hotel. I always gripe about not having enough space to lay out the toiletries; not in this hotel. They even have a small shelf over the toilet paper holder to place your phone or whatever. I always gripe about having a bath tub without a glass enclosure or curtain which leads to water going everywhere; not here. They have a bath tub and a separate shower. So no problem with water running everywhere. They even have small holder in the closet to put your ties! Talk about attention to detail! The hotel is in a great location within a few steps to the TV tower and other attractions. It is also an easy walk across to the “bund” on the other side of the river from here (more on the bund in another post). There are also two shopping malls just a few steps away for your shopping needs. The metro is also a very short 5 mins walk which takes you to from/to airport. Line 2 is a direct route from airport to Lujiazui area where the hotel is located. Most of the metro stations have elevators and escalators so it’s very convenient even if you have large luggage. The fare is 8 Yuan per person; unbelievable cheap and the trip takes about 35mins (more on the metro in another post). The staff at the hotel were great and always greeted me every time I walked by the lobby and in the elevator and very helpful. Even though not everyone spoke English, most of them knew some basic English to help you with your needs. However, for more detailed or complex discussions, you most probably have to look for someone who is fluent in English. But there’s always someone around. The place is very clean and well maintained except the carpets in the rooms may need to be replaced. They were not bad but looked worn out.

Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong is located in Lujiazui Finance Zone, near Pudian Road Station of Metro Line 4/6, and walking distance from the hotel to the metro station is about 500 meters. The staff were friendly and helpful, clean, quiet, and within walking distance to metro and market .

Localizado no centro financeiro e comercial de Lujiazui, o InterContinental Shanghai Pudong fica a apenas 5 minutos a pé da estação de metrô Shìjì Dàdào (linhas 2, 4, 6 e 9). Excelente estadia! O mobiliário dos quartos e do restaurante parecem renovados, o que foi muito agradável. Excelente café da manhã, excelente quarto, excelente banheiro. Chuveiro maravilhoso! Semana dourada, fomos presenteados com uma linda caixa de doces típicos. Amei!!! Foi uma gentileza que realmente fez diferença! Agradeço à gentil funcionária que foi pessoalmente ao nosso quarto nos entregar o presente! Em especial, agradeço ao concierge Frank pela especial ajuda nosso transporte para Hangzhou
