We enjoyed our stay at the property. The hotel is clean and location is amazing. 200m away from the metro station which made our transportation super easy. The breakfast had variety of choices. The staff were helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Samet who was welcoming us and our daughter every time we arrive back to the hotel. He’s super professional and polite. Also thanks to Fayyadh who made our checkout smooth with easy communication. Highly recommended hotel.

All rooms Very spacious , excellent beds , linen and super clean and exudes luxury . Other facilities involves - Steam , sauna , Hamam , fully equipped gym and temperature controlled pool at B2 level which elevates your stay . Lot of eateries in and around the hotel within 100-200 metres . Special mention to Soner who has been very helpful from day 1 and gave us a good download of the city . He made our stay memorable and we wish him all the best . All the other staff at the hotel are also very welcoming and they go above and beyond to make you comfortable .

Niet aan te raden zeer slecht communicatie met personeel zeer stug stelletje bloedzuigers. Heb besloten om in een betere hotel in de buurt te verblijven. Reis best vaak maar dit is heel laagdrempelig.

The location is close to lot of restaurant shops and 5 min from the tram line. The staff were very helpful and amazing, excellent service and definitely will keep coming back to this hotel. Lots of different variety of food for breakfast, Arabic standard breakfast menu and for foreign is very delicious food suits international visitors.
