Very friendly staff, communication with them was very smooth. Very good facilities, with elegant design. Exceptionally clean!

Great bed and pillows (I have bad back, so like firm). Great bathroom. Japanese-style toilet with inbuilt bidet, lovely soaking tub. Absolutely quiet. Ability to regulate temperature in room. Central location less than five minute walk to metro. Nice neighbourhood, especially the quiet backstreets. Five-min walk to perfect little sitdown or takeaway Taiwanese breakfast place not on any tourist map. All in all, this hotel is my fave hotel of all I’ve stayed at the world over.

Convenient location, nice complimentary breakfast, friendly staff and very helpful with anything you need like essential stuff (towels, bottle water, etc) I had the window room and it’s nice to look outside the building.

Sonnien Hotel offers accommodation in Taipei. Huashan 1914 Creative Park is positioned 5 minutes' drive away. The staff were all amazing and looked afer me, as I only speak English. The main desk man helped me with my laundry and also found a local bar and arranged a taxi, and when I came back and had lost my keys he created a new key and made sure it worked. Everything just very customer focessed and caring.
