It’s a good place to stay in Banff, you can take just one bus (line 2) to go there. Great location in the middle of nowhere. Juan was a great host with excelent storytelling abilities haha there is a great sauna and the river to go after and feel the experience.

Located at Highways 1A and 93, this Banff hostel offers BBQ facilities for guest use. --Linens are included in all dormitory rooms--. A cosy and clean place. I love to visit here.

Excellent staff, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The room and communal areas were exceptionally clean. Amenities provided were more than sufficient given the price and location. Overall a great hostel. Would recommend to anyone.

Located 20 minutes’ drive from Lake Louise in an isolated setting, this hostel offers shared kitchen facilities and a wood heated sauna. Cross-country and backcountry skiing are available on site. It was waaay beyond my expectations - even though it's right next to the Icefield Parkway it gives you the feeling of remoteness and kinda going "back to the basics" - no shower, very limited internet access, in the middle of the woods, next to a beautiful river and also includes a sauna. The manager makes it even more moemorable with his dedication, passion, knowledge of the area and sense of humor ;-)
