Staff is amazing, so helpfull with the transfer busses or the tours. Aswell rooms are clean and cozy ❤️ Take the ha giang loop 4 or 3 day tour, so amazing recommend.

LOCATION: It was clean, close to the main attractions of the city and easy to be picked up by tour operators. STAFF: there are no words to describe how accommodating and kind everyone was, whatever we needed and what we didn’t know we needed. Above my expectations, thank you so much. CLEANLINESS: even though the bathroom is shared, it was pristine each time. Well equipped ROOM: AC worked perfectly, the room has enough light, spacious and has literally everything.

The staff is amazing! and very helpful. I had a personal crisis, my phone was stolen outside the hostel at some bar and they helped me get back on my feet, came with me to the police station etc. also when I needed to book trips outside of Hanoi they were very helpful. Very clean, great location. Highly recommended! They have very kind offerings and very considerate of their guests. Special Thanks to Hoang😊

As a frequent traveler this Hostel is one of the best when you want to catch some serious sleep and that in the heart of the Old Quartier. You get a comfy bed with curtains, ac works fine and it’s clean. Downstairs you get tea & coffee (instant & real one ), filtered water, hot & cold and often some snacks. The crew will do their best to make travelers happy and they are one of the reasons why I stayed longer. They helped me a lot with so so much things and make my often smile! So grateful for that. I am looking forward to my next stay with you soon and miss you all!
