The flat is located in an elegant building from the 1920s. The attic is large and spacious: the living room with a sofa bed for one adult or 2 kids, connected to a small service bathroom, leads to a room with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and then access the totally equipped kitchen with crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils. The kitchen leads to a 120 sq. m. terrace overlooking the harbour and the golfo di Palermo, where you will find deckchairs, table and chairs, barbecue and parasol to enjoy a well-deserved moment of relax. In the attic there is fast internet which also allows you to work from home. Check-in/check-out rules: - Specify arrival time - Late check-in: after 9pm, additional charge of 30 euros. After midnight, additional cost increases to 50 euro - Night checkout with prior notice Breakfast is not included in the rate, but coffee, milk and water are available for the first day only.

The location of the attic is on the perimeter of the port of Palermo and is convenient and strategic as from here you can start visiting the city from a privileged position, indeed the historic centre can be reached within 0.9 km on foot. At the address of the flat you can park your vehicle in a public street for free; otherwise you can park it for a fee at the Parcheggio Castello (via Castello 1, 90133, Palermo) at a cost of 15 euro per day. The main points of interest around the attic are the Fontana Pretoria only 1.1 km away, the Teatro Massimo 1.5 km away, the Teatro Politeama, the Quattro Canti or the historic local markets of Ballarò, Vucciria and Capo.
