From the first moments we arrive until the moment we left Yannin and her team treated us wonderfully. They made a special effort to help us celebrate a family birthday. It was a truly fantastic guest experience for us all. Nothing was too much trouble, they made great vegetarian food for us. The food there was first class.

Great staff and service. Very nice property. Team was accommodating to our requests and made a point to help us celebrate our honeymoon as best as we could.

It was beyond beautiful ! Every detail they thought about is amazing. Our daughter and us had so much fun! Room service was great and everyone was so welcoming!

Amazing. Rooms are spacious, everything is in high level. Food is amazing. All the restaurants are awesome, from buffet to a la carte. Everything was very tasty and amazing. Service and staff are just amazing, they all want to help. The hotel is part of a resort complex of several other hotels. Flora and Fauna are nice and you can meet different types of animals. Service and food are good and there are plenty of activities to do everyday. We had a great time and recommend it 🙂☀️🌴
