We had a great time at Nah Uxibal. The property is just as described, the beach is very private and beautiful. Tanning beds were always available and snorkeling equipment, kayaks and paddle boards were at our disposal. Both Javier and Jeanette were super nice and helpful. Also we got an upgrade to the beach house, which had direct beach access and a full kitchen equipped with all the necessary things. I would definitely recommend the Nah Uxibal if you are looking for beautiful nature and privacy.

The room was exceptional with a terrace that reached to the outdoor pool. I especially enjoyed the staff. Upon arrival you are greeted with top notch customer service. Paola, Kenny and Edward were amazing. The facilities also had an adults only roof top pool and out door area. The bar manager Josue was extremely professional and offered suggestions about where to go in the city, which restaurants to visit outside of the hotel. The food at the hotel restaurant was also exceptional. I had both dinner and breakfast there. The waiters were extremely attentive, coffee was amazing as well as the breakfast buffet.

Wonderful new hotel. Great food, beautiful rooms, incredibly beautiful beach club. Special thanks to the staff, who are very friendly and always ready to help. Also I would like to express my gratitude to the night reception manager, who was working from 03/20/24 to 03/21/24 (forgot his name). I hurt my leg and he and a the hotel’s doctor quickly helped me and then looked after me whole my stay. We'll definitely be back!))
