I visited this property 2 weeks back and it was absolutely lovely. We were supposed to check-in at 12 in the afternoon but arrived at 11PM, but the host was very nice she welcomed us with a smile and helped us with the parking and room, since we were going to leave early in the morning she showed us how to use the coffee machine and told us that she would prepare a table for us in the night itself. The breakfast was amazing with way too many items, the rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. The host was very nice to us and her little kid was very nice too and the numerous cats just add a very homely feel. I wish I had more time to stay but overall the stay was great. I would totally recommend it.
Featuring a bar, Albergo Le Rose is 2 km from Pistoia Train Station. This family-run property offers free WiFi and free private parking, and Piazza Duomo is 2 km away.

Friendly family run hotel. As they said, the rooms were humble, however, it was clean & comfy & the air conditioning was a big benefit. Also being able to park in front of the hotel was great. The breakfast was plentiful with delicious home made cakes. Luna, their border collie dog was delightful... gentle, friendly & obedient. For our one night stop it was perfect.

A reservation was made for my mum and initially it was going okay, until she started hearing knocks on her room door, she went to the door several times but no one was there but the knocks kept on coming. She reached out to me and we were all worried now for her as she went alone. There was no one at the hotel, she called the hotel and I did too from my end, but no response. This was 23:00. At this point, she was freaking out and she had to call the Police. The Police came and confirmed that there was NO ONE in the whole hotel which was strange. No receptionist, nothing!!! My mum stayed awake all night and in the morning, the owner claimed that they live in the property and that my mum was talking loudly and that was why the next door guest knocked at her door. Now no one confronted her to tell her that she should keep it down if truly that claim was true. The owner didn’t tell her neither did the guest. When the Police came, my mum was the one who opened the door for the Police to gain entrance into the property. NO ONE came out to say she was talking loudly. How do you keep knocking and not show your face and then no single person was in the whole hotel except my mum? Confirmed by the POLICE! Extremely bad experience that left my whole family on edge and my mum traumatized.
Featuring an outdoor pool, hot tub and fitness centre, Villa Parri provides elegantly furnished accommodation and free Wi-Fi throughout. The centre of Pistoia is 4 km away.

Wonderful atmospheric largely medieval and early Renaissance City - very compact and walkable. Less than 45 minutes from Florence by train but with less than 1 % of the tourist numbers. Surrounded by wonderful countryside. Beautiful in itself as well as being an ideal touring base at a fraction of the price or congestion of Florence. Very easy to get around on foot and with a very good selection of restaurants in the historic center serving excellent Tuscan cuisine

Having stayed in the hustle and bustle of Pisa and Florence...
Having stayed in the hustle and bustle of Pisa and Florence previously, I loved the more laid back feel here.
Plenty of cafes, restaurants, little shops, beautiful architecture all within walking distance and not overly crowded.
The little squares had live music and the local families came out together to eat on Sunday. There was even a local wine tasting tour around the squares - you purchased a glass (refundable, or keep as a souvenir) and then 'tickets' to try the different wines at each trattoria that was participating - some 20+ - needless to say, a little tiddled by the afternoon!
The market (on Wednesday and Saturday) was lovely and there were no street traders bothering you with their fake watches and leather goods that were everywhere in the bigger cities.
Pistoia was the best part of our Italian tour!

While it is a typical Italian Toscana town, it has a lot of space for improvements. Amazing floral sites and offers but otherwise the streets and buildings feel neglected except of around the few main attractions. But that's quite common even in Florence or Pisa. Obviously not a lot of need to do more when your sites are full of tourists anyway. :)

Small but beautiful, with a friendly, bustling feel.
Small but beautiful, with a friendly, bustling feel. Close to Florence, Lucca and Pisa (all on the same branchline by train). Stunning architecture, but quieter and less crowded than Florence. A hidden gem! I believe it is well known for its garden centres - I saw some of them from the train. And someone told me thare is a train museum there, but I can't confirm that
Staying at Il Mulino was such a nice beginning on our Italy visit. The family living at the farm was friendly and allowed us to experience what the nature gives. The location is good, next to Pistoia Zoo which was a pleasant visit and within 30 minutes drive from Pinocchio park. We love staying outside the cities although it was nice that Pistoia are close with its stores and supermarkets.
The apartment we stayed in was nice, clean and well equipped.
The apartment is in walking distance from the station, supermarkets, cafes, and all the wonderful architecture in the city. The decor was modern and attractive and the bed very comfortable, and we felt very secure in the building.Pistoia has a much nicer feel than Florence but all the historical churches, museums, galleries etc. People are very friendly and community minded, with lots of activities on during the week.
Milano Hotel is located just 3 mins walking from Pistoia train station and approx 7 mins to the city center. Room and bathroom are big. The hotel has its own parking, so if you travel by car you won't have headache to park your car. Hotel has tipical italian breafast. I liked everyday cleaning. Bed linen and towels were snow white. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Overall I liked my stay in Milano Hotel.
It is difficult to find hotels for a great value in a convenient place close to the historic downtown in Italian cities, but this one has all the important features, and in addition - ample internal parking. The best temporary home base to visit Pistoia when traveling by car, steps away from the downtown but quiet and convenient. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.
This is a lovely, very well kept place just out of Pistoia. I realised too late that I would arrive only after the official time to check-in but I contacted the hotel and the staff kindly offered to wait for me.
I had a lovely morning swim in the pool and a nice breakfast and coffee. This hotel makes a wonderful stop if you're exploring the area and you're by car.
Nice comfortable room with a really big bathroom. Staff are friendly but speak little English. Swimming pool is shared with outside guests (looks like guests outside the property can buy a day ticket and use the swimming pool as well). Breakfast is simple (compared to all the buffet breakfasts we've had in North Italy) but enough.
I have stayed in this hotel before so I was already familiar with it. It is in a good location for me and the room was large and comfortable. The price is reasonable for what you get. Not a huge breakfast buffet but certainly plenty for us. We did not eat in the restaurant but ordered carryout. The meal was very good.
Minutes from all the beautiful sights in Pistoia. They had a bottle of wine and a bag of local pasta upon arrival. A book in Italian and English with suggestions of places to see, area stores, and restaurants. They even had a map for us. It was a lovely stay.
This is a special property in a special location. Pistoia is a hidden gem! We wish we would have allowed more time here. The host did a great job of decorating and providing a special experience. The breakfast was over the top!! Super value for the price.
Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, hotel has air conditioning, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was large and clean. We also enjoyed their cheap breakfast buffet. It was convenient when traveling with children, and food was ok.
Central location, very nice rooms with v comfortable bed and good bathroom. Sound insulation of windows excellent. Breakfast was good and served by kind and attentive staff. Hotel advised us of a car park a few minutes away which was helpful.
Hospitality and service excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable with all modern amenities. The location was perfect for a stay in Pistoia and I would recommend this place for a base to see the many beautiful sites in Toscana
The hosts are unbelievably kind and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean and modern. The location is just a few steps from the charming Pistoia downton area and it had a secured parking lot; we couldn't have asked for a better stay.
In the very historical center of the town, this is an old and elegant hotel with all the modern facilities you may need. Excellent breakfast and staff. A great option for visiting Pistoia, a place definitely worth a visit.
Very comfortable apartment, new furnished, very close to the historical center on foot. The owner and his wife were very friendly and helpful. Definitaly Pistoia is worth visiting and Pistoia Inn is an excellent choice.
The apartment is in a charming neighborhood and is well-equipped and comfortable. Monica was friendly and accommodating. Central location, easy walk to the train station. I will be back if I am in Pistoia again.
The villa is.located in Pistoia, a picturesque village in Toscana. It was our base accommodation. Hotel has ample parking space. Staff very helpful. Rooms spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds.
Amazing experience - outstanding property in the middle of the the nature but very close to all facilities (motorway - grocery shops - Pistoia downtown)
