We truly liked our stay here. The outdoor sitting area a level up was a great hang out when the weather was nice. We loved the old fashioned style of the place! Please let it be like this. So genuine!
Fantastic staff!
Close to the padelcourts was important for us.
We will be back in 2024.

Kuressaare Castle is promoted as a top attraction in Estonia...
Kuressaare Castle is promoted as a top attraction in Estonia. I would say that the Castle surrounds were very good, but my man would say only good. Certainly good for many photos. This verdict could be also applied to several renovated timber dwellings in some streets of the town. The retail area has been upgraded and the town generally is becoming gentrified, some might say trendy. Certainly the town thinks it is going upmarket. Restaurant and eatery options are moving towards the aspiring and influencer market, with prices commensurate.
Thus you have a summer place, a weekend or discreet getaway in other seasons as well. There are various opinions that could be made, but for me I found the visit to be worthwhile. My other half views the town and attractions to be generally overrated, and the visit to be rather disappointing.

Kuressaare castle gives interesting insights into the history of Estonia in general, but also the past events of Saaremaa, which are good to know for any traveler to understand the mindset and the attitude of the locals. There are various food options and the town is tiny, so you can get around by foot. Castello Restaurant has a very nice hidden terrace in the back of the restaurant which is very cozy.

Very nice city, not big but pretty.
Very nice city, not big but pretty. We used only a few hours to see all the attractions here and the other time we traveled around Saaremaa island by car. You don't need a lot of time to see the main things.

Great place to visit during summer.
Great place to visit during summer. There were many attractions around the island as we drove to destination, so we stopped along the way. There was a Viking expo at the central church, highly recommended if still available.

Very beautiful and quiet place.
Very beautiful and quiet place. It is recommended to go on weekdays to fully enjoy the peace and beauty. There are many beautiful restaurants in the Old Town with local dishes. Beautiful walking areas and a family-friendly city with children.
We totally loved the apartment. The location is great, apartment itself was very cozy, spacious and clean. It's perfect for a travel with bigger family or friends. We had everything we needed- coffee, a big sofa, 2 balconies, air conditioner, TV and WiFi. Next time we'll use the sauna too.
Jaanus is an excellent host, instructions were clear and simple. We will most definitely try to book the apartment again next time we visit Kuressaare.
Booking was made for parking lot view, but got castle view (upgrade).
Room size good. Bathrobe available in room.
Buffet breakfast good.
Located in a peaceful neighborhood. Near Kuressaare castle and sea beach (both in 5 minute walk).
15 minute walk from bus station.
Water temperature in SPA's big pool was OK (could have been a little bit warmer, but was not chilly like in some other places).
First it's a view. Maybe the best you can get. Autumn sunrise in the morning window is perfect. One room apartment is very modern, clean and beautiful. Enough space for the whole family, if you are friendly :) Everything was super clean and comfortable. Possible to adjust perfect temperature with floor heating in the room.
Best place about this hotel is location. It is a quiet street but very very close to the absolute center. Also, if you arrive by car, parking is free just on the streets next to the hotel.
For my dates it was also the cheapest hotel in the city center, so for a longer stay this was a needed point.
Spacious accomodation, clean and tidy. There are as well separate showers for M and W.
Hostel is located cca 5 min of walking from the center of Kuressaare, where the restaurants and shops are located, and some minutes more from the castle and beach.
Clean rooms and bathroom.
Nice sea view.
It was nice to have sauna.
Comfortable chairs at balkony.
Little kitchen was quite useful, some dishes/glasses and other kitchen stuff were on place.
Approx 10-15 min walk till Kuressaare town center.
The area is quiet, in the very center of the town. The Spa area is very cozy and clean. Water in pools is warm even in the outside pool, it was very comfortable. Our room was clean and comfortable. Overall, very good impressions about the hotel.
I love everything there. We are coming to this hotel already for some 20 years and will come again. My absolutely favorite spot in Estonia.Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff, cosy rooms, great design, georgeous breakfast and very good SPA.
Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean. Street noises were louder than expected. Try to get a room without harbor view. It should be quieter. There is quite a traffic through the night by the hotel.
Apartment was super, kitchen is very well equipped, comfortable bed, everything very clean. Nice suprise was the discounts at Asa Spa Hotel restaurant and spa! Will def visit again
The location of the hotel is really good. It's close to Kuressaare Castle. They offer a very good buffet breakfast and parking on site. The spa access is free of charge.
