Legian has great shopping, wonderful restaurants and bars. So many food places to choose from. They have drag queen shows and we ate at a different place everyday for dinner and every place was delicious. Fat Buddha, Zest, Romeo’s and Aussie bar and Corner Bar were some of them. They were within a 2 to 5 minute walk from Sevn Legian where we stayed. The prices were all very similar and cheap compared to Australia.Doak - 10Scored 10

Legian was busy like all of Bali.
Legian was busy like all of Bali. It is what we expected however, we could get away from the crowds in the sanctuary of the hotel. Lots is eating spots/ sports bars/ restaurants. Not really much shopping to our liking however we did walk the 25minutes along the beach to Kuta where there was the big shopping centre including Victoria secret, Uni glo etc.JulieAustralia - 8.0Scored 8.0

Power went out a couple of times. I had ordered a pool room in my original booking and got charged for upgrade to poolside ground flloor unit then dudnt get it as the hotel said last minute the room was taken. I was not offered any compensation for the change. Forgot towels in my room on first day of cleaning room. Had to ask staff a few times for a new towel.Bettles - 10Scored 10

Legian is a great spot to holiday. There is a great shopping and restaurants and everything is in walking distance. The people are very friendly, and it is a great spot to holiday with your family with small children.

Mozzarella restaurant has always been my favourite in Bali so to have that right at the door step was a massive plus and so cheap to always have 1 for 2 cocktails is a massive win. The rooms were cleaned every morning and there was a massive selection for breakfast! It is also in the most perfect spot. It’s so central to Seminyak and Kuta. The photos don't do it justice, it is beautifully designed and spacious. Plenty of room for two couples or a small family. The housekeeper was so wonderful and accommodating. We will definitely stay again. I do recommend hiring a bike as we struggled to get taxis from time to time. You can get anywhere really easily with a bike!

I travel to Bali twice a year and stay at Fourteen Roses Beach Hotel every time. Tip: try Ketut's Garlic butter Chicken at the restaurant. Awesome.
