When my daughter checked in, they took her card for the deposit even though we paid in full and she told the lady that was all the money she had, the lady laughed at her. That was very rude. She then found roaches in her room and reported it. She was told they treated them but sometimes a few slip by. 😳

It was great to have a full breakfast and there was also restaurant on property to get lunch and dinner which was super convenient also. A huge benefit was the shuttle service from the hotel to the Hard Rock Stadium at an affordable price that made regular trips throughout the day, so practically on demand. The staff were friendly and the hotel common areas were clean and well-maintained.
