Fabulous stay! Very high-end and modern with luxurious amenities. Quiet location. Very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom facilities. Wonderful high-end, easy to operate espresso maker in room and we always appreciate a small fridge. Really a fantastic stay at the end of our long road trip. Could not have been any nicer! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We even received turn-down service! How pleasant is that?!

That it was across the street from the airport. That was the only good point.

I don't understand all the bad reviews. The hotel is directly located in downtown Whitehorse. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and the staff is friendly. All in all a good place to stay for a few days!
One block from the S.S. Klondike Historic Site and Old Log Church Yukon Museum, this rustic hotel is located in downtown Whitehorse. It features an on-site saloon and a gym.

The McBride Museum is worth a visit. Very interesting displays about the history of the Yukon. Be sure to have lots of time to take it all in.
Downtown is delightful, with a lovely plaza and sitting area along the river. Lots of nice little restaurants to suit every palate and budget too.
Miles Canyon is a few minutes south of town and worth a visit as well. Take a short or long hike there. It's beautiful!
Other places I've visited that are worth visiting: Yukon Wildlife Preserve, Eclipse Spa and Hotspring (book online and it's cheaper), Yukon Beringia Centre, Yukon Transportation Museum.
If you fly to Whitehorse, try to book on Air North. It's much better than Westjet and Air Canada, and they actually give you a meal with a WARM chocolate chip cookie!

Room was satisfactory but bathroom was not cleaned daily and beds were only made once on a 3 day visit
As there is a limited choice of hotels in Whitehorse I feel they are complacent

Amazing views, friendly people, and also a good place for people who love the outdoors. Fishing, hiking, camping during the spring and summer seasons. Very short days during the winters, and sometimes gets very cold.

Listen, if Booking.com will not stand up for its customers then they will not last very long. This place was horrible! Yet they are making us pay for it anyway when we could not even stay in the building! This is unacceptable!

This was a really fun trip.
This was a really fun trip. We visited for a week with three kids, ages 10, 8 and 5. Whitehorse is a tourist city. That being said, the bar and restaurant scene in the Yukon is geared towards young solo travellers and couples with lots of disposable income and no young kids. While it was a great experience, with the age of my family, if I were to do this trip over I would not have concentrated so much on hitting all the unique restaurants as every lunch and every supper ended up costing more than $120, even when we were trying to be frugal. This really added to the cost of the trip. Rather than trying to hit all the restaurants, if travelling with young kids I would recommend sticking with the familiar chain restaurants like Subway, A&W and McDonalds for lunches when out-and-about. You should be able to save a ton of money by taking most of your breakfasts and suppers at the apartment. (Go to the grocery store and buy the quick staples like frozen pizza, chicken nuggets, and things you know your kids will eat. The really great thing about the Yukon is the scenery, so I highly recommend getting out road trips to Haines Junction, Skagway, Watson Lake, Dawson, Carcross, etc. Do some hiking and walking around. Leave the restaurants and the bar scene to those who will appreciate it more.
It was clean and comfortable, giving me the feeling of being right at home! I've stayed at various condominiums before, but this was the first time I encountered a place that was so immaculate and well-maintained. The interior was modern and had a soothing, toned-down atmosphere, allowing me to truly relax. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Whitehorse.
I really enjoyed my stay here! The hosts were wonderful people, my room was very cute and comfortable, and the prepared breakfast was amazing! Beautiful grounds and great location just outside of Whitehorse - very short drive to restaurants, gas and hiking trails by the Yukon river. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay here again!
This is an extremely clean and quiet place like your home. Full-size kitchen and free washer and dryer. Fastest internet and two living rooms upstairs and downstairs. Cheaper than downtown motels but way better quality. I highly recommend this place. I like to stay again here.
Beds were comfy, big bathroom with everything you need. Great location in walking distance to almost everything a tourist may want to see in Whitehorse. They don't have breakfast but they indicated a coffee bakery just across the street - very convenient.
When getting off the plane after midnight, it was an easy walk across the highway to get to the hotel. Pillows and bedding were comfy and the modern shower was appreciated. Because of the late arrival they offred later check-out too, which was nice.
The room was clean and quiet The view was of the downtown white horse the restaurant had great food more than enough it was also a bar there was open plenty of people they did require proof of covid vaccination and that made me happy too
welcoming staff and the big bed
He is so nice! Even if we went back to the hotel midnight(it was like 2:30!) after aurora watching tour and called him to ask opening the door.
The location is also great.
Some hotel beds are hard but I found it pretty comfy. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff including housekeepers. Timmy's 2 blocks away and river not very far. Will definitely come back there.
This hotel is very new and sleek and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious and bed was pretty comfortable. Nice big windows and minimalism decor.
