目の前が公園で緑が清々しいです。通りに面していますが、交通量も少なく、うるささは全くありませんでした。あまり新しいとは言えない建物の1階と2階（イタリア式に言うと０階と１階）がホテルになっていて、それより上の階は入口も別でマンションになっています。ホテルの部屋に入ったら設備は全て新しいものになっていて、古そうな建物だということを忘れてしまうくらい。快適な滞在でした。
