The bed was more of a small double than a single one (excellent!). The air conditioner was working correctly. I liked the breakfast (torta della nonna was terrific!). The location is excellent, close to the next town and village, and main roads, but it is necessary to have a car.

Very accomodating, staffs made you feel very welcome, nice location and accessible in two sides, either from north or south or east and west. Breakfast was delicious, rooms are comfortable.
