Lovely boutique apartment hotel in a building over one of Milan's big square. When you come in it's just a small anonymous door and an old and small (but well maintained and perfectly functioning) two-doors elevator - it looks like any other apartment building of the area. Don't let yourself be discouraged, because the place is excellent. Our apartment was two rooms, simple but spacious and with effective (and nice) decor, good beds, well equipped for breakfast (cereals, biscuits, nutella and "fette biscottate", nespresso and milk, all refilled every day). The windows are well insulated so no traffic noise inside. Very good heating in winter and there's an AC for summer (we were there in December so no need of that, but it looked pretty new). The bathroom is well stocked with shampoo and towels. Beds are good and comfortable, the sofa-bed for my 9yo son was as well and he was very happy to sleep there. Nice view from the windows directly on the square. Very, very good service by Tatiana and Michele, we were there on Christmas' eve and we even got a Panettone and Spumante from them. What a delightful surprise! They make you feel at home and relaxed and give plenty of information on the surroundings and the city in general. Good idea to install Whatsapp since that's what is most used in Italy in 2023. :) As of location, a very good one in Milan. The Coin department store is just in front so perfect for some shopping and in classic Milan style there's plenty bakeries, restaurants and eateries in walking distance. The Duomo is a 15 mins walk away, or you can take tramways which bring you everywhere quickly and efficiently. Will absolutely return.

The management of the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. On the day of departure there were no more lockers at the station and we could only collect our suitcases after 6pm as we were at the opera. We went back to the hotel and the lady who was on duty on Sunday gave us the room key back so that we could deposit our luggage there and collect it after 6pm. (Reception is closed after 6pm) She had saved us! Thanks Thanks Thanks!

يوفر Residenza delle Città مكان إقامة بالخدمة الذاتية يتميز بتلفزيون مع قنوات سكاي وخدمة الواي فاي مجاناً ومطبخ صغير مجهز بالكامل، فيما تقع محطة قطار ميلانو المركزية على بُعد 600 متر. احلى سكن في ميلان اكثر مدينه حيرتني في السفر بين شقق قريبة من السنتر ولاكن تاثيث قديم وبين الحداثة بس البعد عددنا 7 زوجين وخمس اطفال فكان فيه صعوبه انه اغلب الحجز يكون فقط 6 اشخاص ومعروف عن الايطاليين في هذي المناطق ما يتقاضون عن العدد مثل ايطالين الجنوب حبوبين اكثر انا حجزت ولا كنت اعرف انه العدد اكثر يانا واحد في الرسبشن وهو بلغني انه العدد اكثر ولاكن هو بيمشي الموضوع كنت حاجزة غرفة وشقة اربع اشخاص استقبلونا بالكرواسون من كل الانواع بشكل دايم موجود وماي وكوفي كله فري الشقق نظيفة وديكورها جميل في محطة مترو تبعد مال 7 دقايق وسالتهم عن مطاعم كان في مطعم بيلا ايطالي نظيف وعائلي والبتزا روعه عنده الرسبشن حبوبين صراحه لاتفكر في غيرها سكنت يوم واحد وكانت مثل الشقق الفندقية مستواها حلو جدا كذا حجز حجزته في شقق ولغيته دائما اذا بتختارون شقة شوفوا موقعها الخاص يكون عندهم كذا فرع مش مطروح في بوكينج بالاخص اوقات الزحمة توهق ميلان ولاكن هذي الشقق نظيفة جدا وانا وايد مهم عندي هذا الشي

The cleanest apartment I've ever experienced (even my baby could crawl on the floor), large terrace with a view, nice modern bathroom, comfortable bed, elevator, fence around the building (feeling of security), private free parking, easy entry with a code, friendly staff available via whatsupp all the time.

Ideally set in the Fiera Milano - City Life district of Milan, RELSTAY - Amendola is situated 1.2 km from CityLife, 2.3 km from Santa Maria delle Grazie and 2.7 km from San Siro Stadium. Thank you for the nice holiday! I liked this apparent. It was clean, all necessary things are in the room. Iron, coffee machine, towels, kettle. Location is near to the metro station Amendola 7-10 min by walk. Very green district, quiet, a lot of cafes, post office and so on. City center is 4 far from the apartment. It’s not extremely far. The host is nice. Let me leave my baggage in the hall after check out. Online support answers really fast. Application has good interface. My recommendation!
