Keep in mind the location is a mostly self-check-in service so the privacy was well appreciated. The online staff was excellent with fast response times. I found their customer service on the booking website to exceed my expectations. They were able to respond in a timely manner even during the night. The property is also located within walking distance from a major transit hub with multiple convenience stores as well as a large grocery store within ten minutes. There is a washing machine and a drying function on the shower side which is a very nice touch. Multiple minor amenities were provided along with what you would usually expect a room to include with a stove.

Although tucked away in a side street, the apartment is just five minutes' walk away from the Denden shopping area and about the same distance from the nearest metro stop. There are literally dozens of cheap, and great, places to eat within a few hundred yards of the apartment. Also, although there is no check in desk, the on line staff were really helpful and quick to respond when I had a problem (of my own making!).
