Our family of 4 adults stayed in this aparthotel for 4 nights in the middle of July. We had a two-bedroom apartment #26. The apartment was really big and overall it was of very good quality. Our instructions for cleaning and other arrangements were done as requested prior to our arrival. The cleaning quality was very good. The air conditioning worked for us (you can also open the windows). We reserved a parking space in the underground garage. This worked well for us. Although the spot next to the wall required some careful maneuvering to get to. The hotel is located close to the historical center of Krakow, it took us some 15-20 minutes to walk to the central square. There are also restaurants closer to the hotel.

But outside of all the noise and crowd. Everything was good. They let us leave our luggage after checkout. Perfect place to stay. Will come and stay there for sure.

Personnel was kind and friendly, breakfasts were tasty and various so all could find the food for them.

Set in Kościelisko in the Lesser Poland region, Tatra Resort & SPA offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as access to a spa centre. Some units have a terrace. A wonderful apartment with all the facilities you need and breathtaking views of the mountains. The hot tub and sauna was a great way to unwind. Staff were incredible, so helpful and friendly and able to help us with any query we needed. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing time outside Koscielisko!
