Everything about this apartment was amazing. I can’t recommend it enough. The setting is beyond spectacular, well worth the extra drive from Funchal. The village is quaint and friendly, with a food market just up the street and beautiful trails nearby. The apartment is large, yet still cozy, and well maintained. And the hosts are wonderful. I can’t say enough about this apartment. It exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m hoping to be back as soon as possible.

The location is great, within walking distance of the old town, many restaurants and tourist attractions like the cable car and the boat tours. The communication with the staff was very fast and efficient. They helped us with our luggage on the last day and answered our parking questions within minutes!

Overlooking the lush Municipal Garden, the Wine Lodges offers apartments in Funchal city centre. When we first entered the appartment and opened windows wonderful jazz sounds from the park outside fulfilled all appartment. You just can sit and enjoy music and views with the glass of complimentary welcome wine. Highly recommend this property: central location, huge appartment, comfortable beds, very clean, full kitchen equipment, iron and iron desk. Easy communication with the owner. This 4-star Funchal hotel is situated just 100 metres from the Atlantic Ocean. It offers 5 swimming pools, 4 restaurants and modern accommodation with kitchenettes and balconies. Amazing staff, garden, hotel room, facilities were topnotch, breakfast buffet was to die for and the gardens and swimming pool just wonderful. Lots of good restaurants along the promenade.

Vila Marta sa nachádza v meste São Martinho, 10 minút jazdy od mesta Funchal. Ponúka ubytovacie jednotky so súkromnou terasou a výhľadom na Atlantický oceán a banánové plantáže. I liked how clean and calm it was. We slept so good! Not too far away from the beach.

Contemporary, clean, and updated. The studio hotel is associated with the larger main, but older hotel so we paid a bit more to stay in a more modern space but benefited from all the amenities in the larger hotel including the pool and the expansive breakfast. Loved our stay very much and felt very comfortable moving about on the property. It’s also across the street from a gas station which doesn’t seem appealing but it was great being able to run over and stock up on drinks and snacks for the room and convenient to fill up on gas for the rental car. Plus, we had a room with a terrace looking over the pool on the backside of the hotel.
