I loved my stay here. The pictures are exactly how the rooms are- spacious, comfy bed and cute outdoor seating space. Having read the comments about cleaning of the rooms, I think they have been listened to as my room was cleaned daily and done well. The pool gets loads of leaves in it from the surrounding trees but there’s a young man who spends all day cleaning this and the grounds in general. I did not (like previous people) see any frogs at the pool and saw it being cleaned regularly. There is a little bit of noise on the weekend from the night market but nothing that would stop me from staying again. The beach is walking distance, as is the night market. There’s a super cute kitten who makes an appearance every other day - please do feed her if you stay here. She’s tiny and very playful so I hope those who come after me make sure she is fed. If you stay here ( or don’t ) you have to go to paper moon for food ( it’s a 1 min walk). It’s fab. Great value and delicious. I’m working my way through the menu 😂. I 100% would stay here again.

Objekat The Beach Residence ima pogled na bazen, besplatan WiFi i besplatan privatni parking, a smešten je u gradu Koh Samui, na 3 min. hoda od znamenitosti Plaža Thongson Bay. Well lit apartment, comfy bed, walking distance to the beach. If you like well lit apartments with big windows and slightly more modern furniture this is for you. It helps a lot to drive a motorbike however since taxis are required due to being on semi remote location.

Really enjoyed my stay at Aussieland, Mo, and Jeff are the nicest people and always there to assist you. The staff are all so courteous and discreet.  The bungalow was fantastic, safe, secure, clean, well designed, fully equipped with air-conditioning, fans, kitchenette, and seating area inside and lovely area to relax outside. Surrounded by water and beautiful plants , it creates a real sense of peacefulness away from the bustling town of Lamai. It perfectly suited my needs.  It also has a fully cosy bar and plunge pool too. Situated 5 mins walk from shops, restaurants and about 10min walk to the beach.  Great place to stay for solo travellers, family, and couples alike.

Smeštena na brdima mesta Lamai, rezidencija Tropical Sea View nudi sobe sa sopstvenom terasom i pogledom na more od 180 stepeni. Takođe su na raspolaganju kuhinja i besplatan bežični internet. Super responsive. Great place and price!

A very friendly owner who took time to show us around the apartment when we checked in. Two double rooms and a large sitting area and huge balcony. Also could use the swimming pool which was excellent! Can hire bikes from accommodation which is great and reasonably priced! Decent location with a lot around

Excellent, high class finishes and immaculately presented. Well positioned with every amenity either within walking distance or a short drive away. Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Each unit is privately accessed allowing you to really feel like you have a place of your own.
