everything was exceptional! our 1 bedroom apartment had a bathtub, great quality toiletries, a garden with tables and chairs where we had our meals daily, the kitchen had everything we needed, the closet had so much space, drawers and a big mirror, the bed was comfortable and the electric fire place added to the mood at night. you could see the quality of materials used in the interior and the design that was made with people in mind. highly highly recommend, I loved every minute of our stay there and I can’t wait to be back!

The apartment is clean and comfortable with well equipped kitchen. Its located few yards from Leopoldo tram station. The host Marilena and Gina are very kind, polite and helpful and very responsive to answer all the queries. Prior to arrival, we were guided how to reach apartment from Florence airport and they were constantly in touch with us till we reach there. Also they guided for all ours and tourist attractions in florence and nearby florence. The good part is that they have the reception so it was good to contact them in office hours. The location of the apartment was at the epicentre of Florence. We couldn't have been any more central. It became a bit of a joke that pretty much everywhere we wanted to go was between a one and a fifteen minute walk away. There was an amazing view of the piazza in front of the duomo from our windows. It was wonderful to drink a cup of tea and watch the goings on below. The apartment was large with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living/kitchen area with a gorgeous frescoed ceiling. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the showers were great. I have arthritic knees and the apartment was on the fifth floor, but there was a perfectly cute elevator to waft us upwards.

The apartment also has everything you could need. The beds were comfy, and the third bedroom is more of a loft area but it is secluded. The living room area is very comfortable and a perfect place to relax after a long day in the city. The bathrooms were clean. The building is nice and clean, there is a lift that comes in handy for having the top floor flat. Would stay again!HHeidyFamily with young children

The entire apartment is newly renovated with a nice functional kitchen with dining area, lovely bathroom, washing machine if needed, and most importantly Air Conditioning !!! Two wall units, one in the living area and one upstairs in the bedroom loft.. this is a luxury in the summer! And the building even has an elevator, 5 stars!!! Thank you!RRebaYoung couple

The parking lot is a life saver for really good value for the money, I think it's the main benefit of this location on the outskirts of the ZTL, such a rare find!! The owners were very nice in letting us park the car throughout the next day, while we visited Florence. We had a big size studio apartment, right next to the parking lot.
