We loved everything about the apartment.! The apartment was roomy, clean, comfortable, and in a great location, close to bars and restaurants. The steam shower was an added bonus! Riccardo was friendly, extremely responsive, and helpful. He provided local recommendations, to include a restaurant recommendation, which was excellent! The name of the restaurant is called “Il Cantinone.” We would definitely recommend this apartment, and we would definitely stay there again, if we are ever in Perugia in the future!

The location couldn’t be better, all the best restaurants and beautiful landmarks are on the doorstep and the mini metro a few minutes walk. There was tea, coffee, sugar and cereal for breakfast plus the rudimentary ingredients such as spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar if one wanted to do some simple home cooking. There was also supermarket nearby. We liked Perugia a lot and in such a comfortable and well-appointed apartment right in the historical centre we would have liked to have stayed longer.
