I couldn’t even get until my room after being beaten and robbed as there’s no staff. And I was needing to charge my phone and get to hospital. They just have an intercom, I told him everything. I had to wait 20 hours before I could even get my luggage, had to lie on a couch freezing and not go to hospital, as nobody came to help when I talked to the intercom guy to get into the room.

The location is terrific - next to Place Jourdan and Park Leopold. My two kids could use a playground directly across the street and a bigger one with a sandbox at Park Leopold. There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.

The property had a parking slot. The kitchen was very well equipped. The view from living room was marvelous. Property is well connected by Public Transport as well. The wifi was working well.

The apartment is very big. It's near the subway and other Public transport. The host is very friendly and has a big binder on what to do and helpful tips. There were basic necessities like a lot of coffee and a coffee machine (nespresso). There where even 2 PC's and a printer to use. We could use the guest Netflix / Spotify account, There was a lot of attention to safety with clearly marked escape floor plans.

Very lovely apartment, nice furniture, and with coffee machine. Good internet and helpful housekeeping. Location is good as well and has nearby public transportation, supermarkets, cafes/restaurants within walking distance. While on the main road, the windows are well insulated.

Decoration of the apartment was excellent, it was all equipped with what you need. Large and clean bedrooms and very large living area. 15 min.walk to Grand Place,very good guest relation from Has and Gonca. Again R213? Definetly yes :)

We really liked the design and cosyness of the flat, which has all facilities of a home plus great location. Very nice living room to relax or socialise when you visit with friends, family or colleagues. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to our special requests. Will definitely stay again when in Brussels.
