Nicole is the owner and is super friendly and approachable. She made our stay much better. The property faces the sea and there’s Fond Ferdinand 15 min walk away (uphill) or 5 min if you’re driving. We ordered dinner and breakfast and the food was just amazing. The staff is very friendly also. Special thanks to Nicole for preparing a birthday cake on a last notice the night before. It’s touching to meet such great people. My next stay in Seychelles will be at sea splash for sure.

Offering a garden and garden view, ANV HOLIDAY APARTMENTS is situated in Grand-Anse Praslin , 2.9 km from Vallee de Mai Nature Reserve and 6 km from Fond Ferdinand. We booked this property looking at the spacious garden outside and the facilities provided in the apartment inside. The property was upto our expectation and we had a pleasant stay. The host is very helpful in booking us a car rental and the entry at the Constance lemuria resort to visit the Anse georgette beach. Will definitely stay here again if I’m back in Praslin.

The host is very lovely and helpful, she helped us booking tours and explained everything we wanted to know. The apartment is super beautiful with a lot of details. We'd definitely come back here.

Perfect apartment close to Anse Georgette beach!!We had an amazing time at Roche Kerlan apartment! First of all, you have everything that you need, fully equiped kitchen, washing machine, air conditionner. I can say they are the dream team: - Brigitte, the agent, offered us all the details that we needed for our arrival - Ethel, the owner, helped us to book the car - James, the owner, come from Mahe just to cook us a special dinner, which was so so tasty! He also brought us a riped mango, which was super tasty! - all was arranged for us to visit Anse Georgette beach, which is by far the most wonderful beach I have ever seen. - Jeanne, the cleaning lady - was super kind and everything was sparkling clean! She even changed our bedsheets twice (5 nights stay). - they waited us at arrival with 2 fresh coconuts, plenty of bananas and cold water bottles. - bus station, markets, take away close to the apartment - you don’t even need a car in praslin, they have a bus station everywhere. Great accomodation! Great value for the money!

The Old School Self-Catering is a self-catering accommodation located in Baie Sainte Anne on Praslin Island. The property is 5 minutes' drive from the Cat Cocos Inter Island Boat. Old School is conveniently located near the new jetty, all bus lines and restaurants. No need for a car if you’re staying here and you have a bit of patience. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home, cooking basics, tea, coffee and beach towels. The staff know how to take care of a property and their guests and it shows. I highly recommend staying here.
