CHANAPAT APARTMENT, a property with a shared lounge, is located in Chiang Mai, 3.4 km from Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport, 5.9 km from Chiang Mai Gate, as well as 6 km from Wat Phra Singh. The staff is the best. Everyone is friendly - the woman who works the front desk even helped me get my phone back when I left it in a Grab car! It's such a comfortable place and you can train Muay Thai next door if you want.

Chiang Mai Mansion 2, a property with a garden and a terrace, is situated in Chiang Mai, 1.8 km from Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, 3 km from Tha Pae Gate, as well as 3.1 km from Chiang Mai Gate. Great place to stay. Located close enough to the city to get everywhere kinda fast but still in a more quiet area of Chiang Mai. The staff is very friendly and helpful (even though their English is VERY limited). The rooms are clean and you’ll definitely have enough space (and the drinks in the lobby are cheaper than at the nearest 7-Eleven). Stayed here for the second time now and they are still great.

Well set in the centre of Chiang Mai, 8th House @ center of Chiangmai old town provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. 3 floors house!!!! At least for 8 people!!! Very well equipped. Wonderful location. Heart of chiang mai. Few minutes walk to many night markets.

Situated within 1.6 km of Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport and 1.3 km of Chiang Mai Gate, Day Off House Chiang Mai Near Walking Street provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in... Had a wonderful stay! This has become my favorite place in CM and I´ve stayed in many over the last 8 years! Cozy containers with comfy beds, A/C, desk and everything very clean. Super fast WiFi through the place, perfect for Digital Nomads working remotely. Very welcoming atmosphere, common kitchen had free coffee / tea, cheap drinks available to buy from the fridge and was a great place to meet other travelers. The Host Sirisakul and her mum were the best, always so sweet and caring to all guests! Free bicycles available and Sirisakul also arranged good deals for scooter rentals. One night she even invited all guests to join her for dinner with her Thai friends which was such a nice, authentic experience! Location is very peaceful and convenient, being 5 min walk to local restaurants / cafes. Easy to reach many points of interest by Bolt in 10 min or less: Wua Lai Walking Street (5 min), Night Bazaar (7 min), Tha Phae Gate (10 min), Nimman (10 min) and Airport (10 min). I´ll be always welcome to come back :)

Set 400 metres from Chang Puak Market, Jiang Mai 81 offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. The location is near to all the places we went. We have a car so we have no problem to go from one place to another. The owner of the place is really nice to us during our stay.

Offering a shared lounge and inner courtyard view, M.I.N.D. Villa is set in Chiang Mai, 700 metres from Wat Phra Singh and less than 1 km from Chiang Mai Gate. It's in a great location , 7-11 next to M.I.N.D , dinner, and massage stores near by. The best part is that their breakfast is huge. I booked the room with breakfast for convenience, and it did surprise us with quantity and quality.My mom said that she would definitely stay here next time. And all the staff are nice and friendly.

Ban Pongphan, a property with a terrace, is set in Chiang Mai, 800 metres from Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport, 1.7 km from Chiang Mai Gate, as well as 2.5 km from Chedi Luang Temple. It was truly a pleasure to stay in Ban Pongphan accommodation. The owner is really nice, helpfull and friendly. Evey morning there is a friut, biscuits and coffee or tea available. Also there is a little kitchen where you can cook your own breakfast. Definitely would stay again. Highly recommended.

Located in Nimman Haemin, Chill Chill at Nimman offers a vintage-style room in Chiang Mai. Free WiFi is available and there are two convenience stores on site. It has the best location around Nimman area. Within ten minutes walk to Maya mall and one nimman, warm-up cafe is almost next to you, and Ristretto(2017 world barista latte art champ ) is also near by. And it’s still very quiet in the room! The owner also provides high quality facilities including very quiet air conditioner, a microwave oven, a huge fridge and also water heater. Laundry shop is just down stairs. Love staying at this place and will definitely come back again.

Providing quiet street views and a garden, Oldy De Garden offers accommodation well located in Chiang Mai, within a short distance of Chang Puak Market, Chang Puak Gate and Three Kings Monument. So nice to stay at this accomodation. We had everything we needed, the room is spacios and with a lot of things to use. Loved the garden and the vibe.

Located within 2.6 km of Chang Puak Market and 3.1 km of Wat Phra Singh in Chiang Mai, ARMO Nimman offers accommodation with seating area. Great location, in the heart of Nimman. Excellent to enjoy coffee places and restaurants in th best neighborhood of Chiang Mai. The apartment is great too and communication was excellent.
