The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The food was great and had a very good presentation too. The location is good for relaxation and for appreciating the beauty of the Taal Volcano. The set up is more of nature, it was inspired by the concept of MAF hotels. The owner must be really amazing. 😊 I really appreciate this property as it has personal touches from check in to check out. Kuya Nestor gave us free Indian mangoes which I gave to my family members when I got home. Thank you for sharing with us the beauty of Tagaytay-Batangas part of the Philippines. We checked into the Lavender Room and it was much larger than we expected. While there are limited complimentary options for breakfast, the ones we tried (longganisa and milkfish confit) were excellent, and you can order more from their menu if you so desire. Check-in and checkout were also very smooth, and the staff were very polite and friendly.
