Nelly Bay Harbour Ferry Terminal is 12 minutes’ drive away and Townsville is a 25-minute ferry ride away. Very comfortable base for visiting the island with a great breakfast. Easy 10 minute walk to the Horseshoe Bay restaurants and great bus service for the rest of the island. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location, host went above and beyond to prepare the room which was extremely homely and exceeded all expectations.

The bed and breakfast is a 3-minute drive from Magnetic Island Marina and a 4-minute drive from Horseshoe Bay Park. Like staying with family, Phil was very helpful in telling us about local spots to go.

Arcadia Beach Guest House and Car Hire is located directly across from the beautiful Geoffrey Bay Marine Park hosting many varieties of marine life. It has wonderful snorkelling opportunities with the self-guided snorkel trail and Molke shipwreck at your doorstep. Stroll to the end of the bay to see the rock wallabies or take a bush walk to amazing lookouts and see koalas in their natural habitat. Best place I've visited so far. Loved the wood being everywhere and the tents! But specifically the staff that was kind and always there to help us with any need. Clean, tidy and comfortable place 5⭐
