The cooked breakfasts were delicious. It was wonderful to try different dishes. The servings were very large. The dining room was beautiful. We really appreciated the muffins and fresh fruit along with the hot drink availability throughout the day. The rooms we had access to oozed with character and were spotlessly clean. The linen spelt lovely. Our hosts were easy to deal with. Jamie was friendly and very easy to talk to while Dan is an amazing cook.

There are some hotels that just add so much to the travel experience - this is one of those, and completely unexpected. There's a really great vibe and colonial decor (while still being modern and very clean), making it look super interesting. It's the little things that really stood out for us: amazing breakfast with homemade pastries (as good as in France), a beautiful dining room, soft thick towels making it feel luxurious, great quality shower with waterfall head, nice quality bedding. The location was great too - 15min walk to White Water hike attraction and 15min walk to the boat/zipline attraction. 30min to the main welcome centre with the closest views of Niagara. We loved every aspect of the stay and will be recommending this place to all of our friends.

Butterfly Manor omges av välskötta marker och ligger bara 3 km från de populära Niagarafallen. Everything was amazing. The host is extremely nice and friendly! The room is very clean very nice with the most comfortable bed and a very nice bathroom. We did a later check in at around 8PM and everything was cool. The breakfast is incredible everything is cooked fresh( eggs bacon fruits coffee juices toast). I rate it 11/10!

The property is beautiful and within walking distance to the majestic falls. Breakfast is excellent wth pancakes, maple syrup, eggs, sausages, fruit, biscuits, jam and more. The owner is helpful and kind.

Detta bed and breakfast ligger mindre än 1 kvarter från Niagarafloden och har rymliga balkonger och ett eget kök. Maid of the Mist ligger bara 750 meter bort. The facilities were clean and the owner was friendly. Great value for money. Great location. I came home late and was hungry, but there was food such as bread and eggs in the refrigerator, so I was able to eat it for free. I was thankful. I stayed in expensive and well-equipped lodgings during my 12-day trip, but none gave me as much satisfaction as this lodging.

Susan's Villa is located in Niagara Falls and is 1 block from the Niagara River. The hotel offers spacious suites with free WiFi and complimentary parking. Excellent situation within walking distance to the falls, very friendly host, nice and spotless room, delicious breakfast. And I was even allowed to use the kitchen in the evenings. I can thoroughly recommend the place.
