Tuk tuk service available and amazing breakfasts! If you go for a hike early they will make sure you have your breakfast prepared on time. Comfortable beds with enough blankets for the weather. Situated in Nanu Oya and only 7.8 km from Gregory Lake, Ansi Villa features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Friendly Host Volunteered to free pick up and drop to Nanu Oya station. Greeted with Cake and lovely Tea. Decent hot water shower. Late check in at 11.45pm and early checkout at 5.45am was handled with a smile 😊. Greatly appreciate it.

Medalin Lake Gregory is a guest house situated in the Lake Gregory district of Nuwara Eliya. Super family run Guest House ideally situated. Keeth was a great host, extremely friendly and helpful in every way... we enjoyed our long conversations with him. The bedroom was huge, clean and comfortable. Hot water bottles and extra blankets were provided for cold nights and the Sri Lankan breakfasts delicious. Highly recommended for a stay in Nuwara Eliya

Situated just 3.1 km from Gregory Lake, Vibe way (Hostel & Market farm) provides accommodation in Nuwara Eliya with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to organize transports for us when needed with very reasonable prices. They have a hotline were you can send messages if you want anything or need any help. And special thanks to Husham, it was the new year so we couldn’t exchange money, so he lent us some cash as we didn’t have enough on us going out.

We’ve had a very pleasant stay here - mainly because the staff was one of the friendliest we’ve had in Sri Lanka so far! We had an issue in our room that was completely out of their control and they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Special shout-out to the manager who even cleaned our rental car because he couldn’t let us continue driving with a dirty windshield! The breakfast was lovely and was served outside. ☀️ thanks for everything!

Kind hosts, delicious breakfast, and reliable WiFi. Beds were comfortable and property was clean. There is a shared lounge and a second room within the home, so you do need to be a bit mindful of others. We enjoyed the company personally from the other guests that were there at the same time.

Our host Ajhit was very kind to us, and getting to stay in his home after quite a harrowing time in our Kandy accommodation was heavenly. They served us tea and breakfast, and when it got really really cold at night they gave so many blankets and even a heater. The room is cosy and smelled of freshly laundered sheets. Our host also helped pick us up himself and later sent us back to Nanu Oya station, which was very kind. The home is also quite conveniently located nearby a bus stop. If I’m ever in Nuwara Eliya again, I’d love to stay here again.
