Mr Lee is super nice and help us with luggage. He waited for us to arrive to show us the place. The garden is well taken care , my family and I enjoyed the place a lot with the magnificent view of mt kinabalu. The room come with heated floor- this is a very thoughtful design of the room/chalet.

They were able to help me do laundry with a turn around of about 6 hours. Incredible food, worthy of the stay itself.

Places like the Orangutan Sanctuary and Rainforest Discovery Center are about a 20 minute drive from the house. It is pretty easy & affordable to use Grab (Malaysia's Uber) to get back and forth, though having a car would be more comfortable. The host is also very responsive and friendly.

There are so many pretty dogs! :) It's such a beautiful place. Even though it is Malaysia, it feels like you are in the mountains of Europe. I will visit again and highly recommend this place.
