The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were very clean and tidy.. Location is excellent for beaches bars amd resteraunts, you need to walk 2 mims to the neatest beach which was beautiful, and the only public beech in Kasmil. To get to the bars with nihhtlife maybe a 15 min easy walk but plenty of resteraunts closer by

Located some 150 metres from the Paradise Beach, Hotel Luxury is located in Ksamil, just 5 km from the entrance to UNESCO-listed Butrint National Park.

Staff super friendly and room way very clean. Delicious breakfast food. The balcony allowed us to have a partial view of the beach and it was quite the view.

The staff and the owners where such a friendly people and so helpful. The hotel is brand new and very modern . The hotel has amazing and superb comfortable rooms. The hotel is located only seven minutes walk from the beach and with two big supermarkets next to it . The hotel has a private swimming pool, surrounded by Olive trees and so quiet . The hotel also has and amazing restaurants. Me and my partner we had food from the restaurant and it was so delicious and tasty. I have traveled the world and stayed in many different hotels, but this people are by far the friendliest helpful people I’ve ever seen in my life.

The room was spacious and the doors/windows had mosquito nets which were necessary. In contrast, the dining area/restaurant is spacious and modern. The staff were friendly and laid back but their English was quite limited.

    Some of the beaches are very nice.

    Some of the beaches are very nice. The weather is very good and the food is very nice and very cheap. There are a few nice bars and clubs to go out in the evening but its not too loud. The village is still quite basic, lots of potholes and no road markings and many buildings are not permanant structures. Given the growth in the local economy I have no doubt this part of Albania will catch up very rapidly with other parts of Europe.

    I loved Ksamil.

    I loved Ksamil. The locals are so friendly and hospitable. Brilliant sandy beaches and the water was crystal clear. I loved Bora-Bora and Pasqyra beaches. The food is so delicious and cheap. I would definitely return soon.

    If you are looking for the quite sand beach, this is not...

    If you are looking for the quite sand beach, this is not your place. Try to stay in Sarande and take the bus to Ksamil just for the day. Ksamil is over crowded, every beach is a private one, and the music from the bars and hotels is too loud. Is not the quite paradise you are looking for.

    About 15 to 20 years away from being what Greece and Croatia are now. The town is not set up to welcome the influx of tourists it sees. There is no real pedestrian area. It looks rough and unmaintained. It is generally very dirty (trash everywhere). It was marketed on Instagram as 'the Maldives of Europe'. It is more the 'Tenerife of the Balkans'. The water is indeed gorgeous, but every inch of beach is packed and rented out, sometime at extortionate prices. A couple of standouts: - August Beach (mostly locals, plenty of space, no overly loud music) - The Blue Water Hotel restaurant (and the staff is excellent) - Mëndra Traditional restaurant - The Mussel House restaurant Recommend renting a car and making Albania a road trip. Visit Ksamil only for a couple of days, max.

    We visited the beachbar and restaurant near the Orange beach...

    We visited the beachbar and restaurant near the Orange beach club and pods sunrise, the beach area I think was Plazhi Ksamilit - I have never seen water that blue! The food was really nice and we could rent a sun lounger near by for about 30 euro for 2, and we stayed there for the day. They have really good food options, pancakes for breakfast, omelettes, pizza, salads etc for lunch so lots of variety. The place we rented for the day had bar service which was also great. If you're looking for a mix between a chill day and a really good nightlife then this is the place for you. There was a foam party happening next door to us which looked like a good time if that is your cup of tea! There seemed to be something for everyone and I would definitely visit again in the future. We met people there who were just doing a day trip from Corfu which is very doable also and is enough time to get a good feel of the place.

    The hotel is located close to the highway, that is a huge plus if you come by car and don't want to drive through traffic in Ksamil - the city is so small that you will walk to the beach for few minutes only. Spacious parking. The room was clean. Check in was fast and easy. We payed in cash. Good air conditioning in the room, which is essential in hot Albanian summer. Those traveling by bus will also like proximity of the bus stop (bus Saranda - Ksamil - Butrint), which is straight across the road. A lot of markets and shops around.

    Christina and her family provided us an excellent first experience to Albania. The team managing the hotel were professional, kind and helpfulness beyond their role and responsibilities. The room was beautiful with the most stunning views to the ocean, all the action on the beach and for watching sunsets. Breakfast were plentiful and lots to choose from. The location is PERFECT. Walk to everything! We hope to be back next year with at least two other couples and we look forward once again to the family hospitality of Hotel Utopia

    - Clean big room that was cleaned daily. Room furniture is simple but all good. - Situated outside the noisy city which means you can get good sleep. - Breakfast is stellar. We got eggs, cucumber, cheese, bread, watermelon, cake, little albanian doughnuts and rice pudding for breakfast. - Free parking on site - Restaurant available although we never used it. - Based on the prices of other places around and Ksamil being one big tourist trap of a city, this hotel stands out as good value for money.

    Convenient location. Very quiet street, but at the same time close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Paradise beach is very close - 5 minutes by walk. My wife and I chose the quietest beach - Last Bay Beach, there was no music. It takes 15 minutes to walk there. Albania is not a very clean country, but Noi Hotel is a piece of Europe in Albania. Very clean, great air conditioning, good breakfast, friendly staff - and all this for a good price.

    The hotel achieve all our expectation. We got all what we wanted and maybe even more. Location, quality of food in the hotel restourant, transportation service - everything was as we want. I will highly recomended the place as accomodation in Ksamil. Close to the hotel located beach with sandy entrance to water, but if you prefer more quite place and rocky entrance to water - it located in 10 minutes walking.

    Beautiful place, centrally located with 50m to the beach. Very good Breakfast with a lot of things to choose. Staff was very friendly and helpful (they even drove us to Sarandë when we were leaving). The hotel is new, and the rooms held a high standard.     We came to celebrate our honeymoon and they upgraded us to the spa bath room. The staff were amazing they were very polite and nice. The location is the best in ksamil right on the beach and there are free beds to hotel guests. The view from the room to the beach is amazing. Paid dinner was very good We had a great experience.
