This is an excellent hotel. I stayed for one week on a walk in the mountains holiday. The hotel offers an outstanding value half-board option (breakfast and evening meal), which I recommend. They have a lovely system of table allocation. You are shown your table in the restaurant on your first day and this becomes your table for the duration of your stay, breakfast and evening meal. The service staff in the restaurant go the extra mile to ensure everything is to your satisfaction and all speak English to make you feel comfortable.
The room is stylish and comfortable with a very well-equipped bathroom. As a bonus, my room had a balcony with a table and chairs, that offered fantastic views of the mountains, with both impressive sunrises and sunsets.
The owners are involved in the day-to-day management of the hotel, and it shows. If you like good food, comfortable accommodation, fresh air and marvellous mountain walking on your doorstep this is a great choice.
Hotel Auszeit in Pertisau provides adults-only accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a shared lounge. This 4-star hotel offers ski storage space and an ATM.

A beautiful unspoiled natural area, lovely welcoming people.
A beautiful unspoiled natural area, lovely welcoming people. The scenery is so stunning. So few British people seem to visit and we don’t understand why! It was lovely in summer, swimming in the lake, and in winter we returned for walking and skiing.

It is a lovely mountain resort town, on the lake but backing onto impressive mountains. There is a cable car to take you to the top of one of the mountains if you don't fancy, or are not up to walking it!

Pertisau is a small Austrian town on the Achensee.
Pertisau is a small Austrian town on the Achensee. It is very beautiful, very clean. One can walk to restaurants, mountain lifts, shops and lakeside. There are several hikes up the mountains and around the lake that are fun for fit individuals. The boat rides provide access to beautiful vistas, as well as transportation to and from points of interest on the lake. A two-day visit can be rewarding. I've also stayed in Achenkirch and Maurach on Lake Achensee, but Pertisau is my favorite.

The walk along the lake edge and rides on the boats were fantastic and I highly recommend. Also the Rofan and Barenbad cable cars were super even if it is still summery and there is no snow, there are plenty of opportunities for some great walking or hiking. Otherwise it is the perfect place just to kick back and relax enjoying the mountain and lake views. The Achensee Tourist Pass is good value for money too so make sure you get a card at your hotel and then get the upgrade for approx 80 euro that gives you free transport, free boat rides and free rides on the gondolas.

It is a beautiful lake with plenty of alternatives for a holiday. Boat trip on the lake, swimming, boat hire and mountain lift. A variety of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Also good for activities - golf, hiking, and walking
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for a week with my 2-year-old. The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and their attentive service was much appreciated. The hotel's location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the area's attractions. What stood out to me was the delicious food offered at the hotel's restaurant, which both my toddler and I enjoyed. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to others looking for a family-friendly and well-located place to stay.
The Hotel was in a marvelous location. The best thing is you can get a room that either overlooks the alps or the lake so either way the views are nice. Kareena at Reception was delightful and very friendly and helped us out everytime we had any queries. Laslo in the bar made us very nice drinks and was a very good chat (top bartender). The rooms were spacious with nice additional items such shoe stick, shoe polisher, sewing kit etc etc. Would definitely book again if ever visiting tirol again.
We were pleasantly surprised by Marxenhof. We only came for an overnight trip and Marxenhof offered everything we needed. the view from our room was magnificent and the staff members helpful and diligent. the breakfast was great which had a huge variety of food. Parking was very easy and they allowed us to leave the car at the hotel for the day also after check out. We would gladly return again!
İt was very comfortable. The room was great. Allthe little details were thought such as a place for bikes, warming the towel rack, putting a nice cloth under the water jar and glasses etc. The breakfast was very nice. The hotel was very close to the beach just two minutes by car. The sister hotel spa was amazing! The dinner was great too.
The staff are so nice and helpful especially the Italian guy who welcomed us at the reception, he took us around the hotel and show us the the facilities, The location is fabulous.
Every thing was amazing and we are so glad that we choose this hotel. We will come back again in the future if the hotel keeps the same.
This hotel is set in a stunning location in Pertisau with a lake and mountain view. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are lovely. The food was amazing and the facilities, including the pool and gym were great. A stone's throw from the cable car and Achensee, it is ideally placed for all activities.
This is my second time here, this hotel never disappoints. Best view of the lake in Pertisau, comfy, understanding staff, excellent facilities and clean room. They put great attention to details even a slipper for our two year old daughter.
