Everything about this place was super super SUPER clean and very neat (down to the toilet paper being folded and coffee sachets all in line next to each other.)
We were only here for 1 night but was able to check out the pool there which was a lot of fun too.

Stunning views overlooking Bass Strait. Great facilities with common areas. We only stayed one night so was unable to take advantage of common areas. If you take a short stroll over the headland you can see the penguins that visit

The nicest part of Devonport was along the river and to the beach. The headland walk from the Surf Club and to the lighthouse was beautiful. The cafe at the Devonport Surf Club was really nice, the staff were very friendly and the coffee was excellent - 10/10.

We liked everything about Devonport.
We liked everything about Devonport. We had an evening meal at the Argosy and lunch at Banjos in the mall. Finding places around Devonport was easy and parking was very good. Lovely views of the Mersey River and beaches from lots of areas. The Antique Emporium and garden centres were excellent.

We love visiting Devonport.
We love visiting Devonport. It is a clean, tidy town and has all the facilities we need. It is also a great point to go out to places from, for example Tasmazia, Chudleigh, towns and beaches along the northern coast of Tasmania just to name a few.

We based ourselves in Devonport as we were visiting the coast area there We did travel south to do a bit of site seeing about Hobart etc. We travelled over and back on the Ferry which was a short 5 minute drive.
You can see most of the coast attractions an easy 45 minute drive from Devonport. Tasmania has excellent playgrounds for kids
Excellent, very friendly service from the motel managers who were extremely helpful in assisting us when our stay in Devonport was unexpectedly extended. Light-filled, clean, airy and large studio room with a well-equipped small kitchen. Excellent facilities - heated swimming pool, tennis court, laundry. Well-located in a quiet street only a few minutes walk from the coast and beaches, the city centre, and good restaurants. A high quality and economical place to stay in Devonport.
This is a van park, I stayed in a wooden cabin which had a carport for my motorcycle. The cabin was spotless and charming. The Spirit of Tasmania loading dock was just 3 blocks away and handy for the morning sailing back to Melbourne. This was indeed an excellent place to stay as you have several choices of accommodation. Would certainly stay here again.
Great little apartment with off street parking and all the things you may need. Suited us very well as a stop after coming off The Spirit of Tasmania from Melbourne around 6pm. Great spot if you are intending to catch The Spirit from Devonport. Really helpful to be able to get the key from a locker instead of having to meet someone at a set time.
The extraordinary history of this unique property which has been restored beautifully was an experience in itself.
A fantastic location looking overlooking the harbour in Devonport. Sensational views.
This home has all the amenities for long or short term stays, immaculately clean, beautiful linen to accompany an extremely comfortable bed.
The Novotel is a very modern hotel, well located in Devonport and easy to access by car. The room was large and well appointed. There were bar and dining/breakfast facilities on-site. The front desk was well staffed and staff were keen to assist with any issues.
Great location, 10 minutes from the ferry terminal and near Devonport main town as well. A good collection of restaurants etc. in the area. Good facilities and clean room. Great view of the Spirit from the room window. Would certainly book again.
Staff were friendly upon arrival. Prompt service. The layout of the room was ideal for us. A small amount of space between adults and children and everyone could see the TV. Great first hotel experience for my children. They loved it!
Convenient for early trip on Spirit of Tas, only 3 mins away. Beds were comfortable, warm bedding. Great that it was pet friendly but the cabin we were in, the yard was not ideal for little dogs, our dog got under the gate.
John was super lovely for my stay and cooked me some dinner along with the other house guests. The room was clean and comfortable! Close driving distance to the lighthouse and into Devonport.
Fantastic location. Excellent set up with communal areas. Everything was thought of. Felt like a five star hotel in many ways. Would have loved to have stayed longer!
Standard motel room in good condition. Close to Tasmanian ferry for morning departures. There is a hotel bistro next door, we didn't use it, but it is available.
