The location was excellent, the cabin was well fitted out and equipped with everything needed for a great weekend.
Very quite location with wildlife on the veranda.
The hosts were great with plenty of information and any assistance needed, the fresh croissants each morning were a lovely treat to add to the great location.

Cute arty high street you could poodle up and down all day wondering in and out of the variety of different interesting shops, beautiful galleries even the un arty can appreciate. Plenty of places to grab a bit to eat, coffee, drinks. Two good places to eat / drink with a view = the edge & poets cafe.

Montville is a sweet little town. The only thing we could say is there are many little coffee shops and bistros for lunch, but very few restaurants for dinner. But the Montville Inn more than made up for that lack

It was relaxing and perfect for our short escape away. Staff were very welcoming on our arrival and helpful when we had issues with the key/lock to our room. They went above and beyond to fix the problem quickly. Housekeeping were attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed each day. The location was so convenient, and the view was gorgeous. Everyone was accommodated from the portable cot that was clean and easy to use to the ground floor unit with a walk in shower. The units were clean and spacious and the fireplaces were easy to use and gave a cozy feel to our stay. It was too cold to swim whilst we were there but we were very tempted. Very quiet location but only minutes drive to the main street.

Chilling at the terrace was the best moment of our stay. We went during the strong storms of Feb 2022 and the house was the perfect shelter for bad weather. Each room has its own mood and you get a different vibe on each one. I really recommend this property.
