Beautiful beachside city with top notch eateries, bars, boutiques and great ocean views from the cliff tops. Some lovely old buildings with informative plaques and photos of original stores throughout the Main Street. Loved the jetty and cliff top boardwalk. Disappointed that the museum wasn’t open yet again. Wonderful Wednesday Street market.

Staff lovey. Room good very clean and very comfortable bed. Just didn’t know cars outside door and smoking outside doors which I could smell and people sitting smoking and so incredibly loud and could not sleep.

Shopping area surprised us, great variety of shops, great cafe’s and cloths shopping. We were there for a wedding, explored a little bit and certainly will go back to visit the things we didn’t get time for.
Nature walks and gondola ride at Arthur’s Seat are a must.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff - could have done with a small table and extra chair in the room for sitting down - one of us had to sit on the bed to have a cuppa. The food in the bistro was awesome - would thoroughly recommend!! Altogether a great place to stay - will definitely return
It's just a modest motel, as reflected in the price, but the bed was large and firm with crisp clean bedclothes. The ensuite bathroom was very narrow, but adequate. We were pleased to have a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as tea-making ingredients. Easy access to Mornington and the Peninsula.
The place was nice, the location fantastic, the room was big and comfortable, the kids had fun in the spa bath. One thing I'd like to point out are the pillows and beds - they were probably the best I've ever slept on at a hotel. I usually hate hotel pillows but these were real nice.
Very Dirty, toilets horrible, shower leaking smells like mold. It's essentially a run down old house . Unkept gardens . Bed sheets haven't been changed. We didn't even want to sit on the couch. Not worthy of almost $400.00 dollars a night ridiculous. Fridge has mold. Horrible.
This is the second time we have stayed here. It is very convenient to Mornington and the Peninsula. The beds are comfy with clean linen and the room has a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is also a swimming pool and BBQ area.
My stays at Brooklands Of Mornington have always been so relaxing and comfortable.
It is exremely quite and the courtyard at the back is very welcome spot to sit at the beginning and ending of each day.
The room was very large and comfortable. Loved the complimentary breakfast. Every facility we required was there. Great location and meals on all day. Lovely clean hotel. Recommend it to everyone.
The space, patio, surrounding gardens, the quiet, the friendly housekeeping, microwave, fridge, pool. It was surprising for a 3 star. Really close, walking distance to main st and shopping.
Everything was fantastic, from the house to the location, the view!!! The best Mornington stay! Was very convenient since we did the Mornington marathon as well.
