Laax was not a nice place to stay.
Laax was not a nice place to stay. It seems to be a place were they want to put in as many visitors as possible. Ugly building too close to each other. Lack of parking places - those that were there, were very expensive 15 SFR per day and difficult to pay for: only coins, who has swiss coin in that amount upon arrival. Laax seems to want a lot of tourists, but they don't know what to do with them - especially when you can't ski. I did not feel very welcome

If you'd like additional comfort you can rent a locker at the bottom station. The apartment is spacious, light, well-organised (lot's of storage space) and was very clean. The Mountain View is absolutely amazing even though the apartment is on the 1st floor and so has relatively little direct sunshine. Inside the building there is a ski room and a laundry room - free to use with the laundry card.IzabelaSwitzerland

Coop Pronto is on walking distance. Amazing pools were great surprise. Location is great - walking distance to Laax lake, great gateway for trips by car, cableway and the brand new longest treetop track just minutes walk. Parking place was a bit challenging for a big car .... and me, my husband did very well. Definitely like to comeback one day.petraSwitzerland

Parking is right under the building, so very little shlepping of ski equipment. There are several restaurants on the premises, we liked the cafe for breakfast which has vibe like a brooklyn coffee shop in the morning with all the hipster snowboarders. Flims is nearby with a lot of shops and restaurants. We could use the gym and pool of the signing hotel for a little fee.LarsUnited States

Apartment was clean and had everything you will ever need. Cute little balcony for nice weather days. The host was very friendly and helpful. He was always available to answer questions when I needed help using the appliances. Would definitely come back and stay with them again.

The location is very convenient for the slopes and the apartment is very suitable for skiers. Our children really enjoyed the indoor pool area in the evenings and especially the game room, where there was table tennis and old-school pinball machines =) The owner is really, really helpful and thanks to his advice, the vacation got off to a really nice start!

The hotel room that I stayed in had a great mountain view and the charging system for my bed was convenient and the storage cubby for my stuff was secure. Very well thought through with ski rooms downstairs and a public shower that can be used after the last day of snowboarding when u have already checked out. Good parking facilities close by in a garage.
