It was clean and comfortable, with great friendly staff.
Not too far from the city ( about a 15 min Uber trip )
The hotel is a lovely and comfortable place to stay, and I highly recommend this place.
Just 5 mins walk away is an indoor mall, and plenty of restaurants such as Pizza, Italian food and even an American shop.
The added bonus was a very nice rooftop swimming pool ( a bit dated ) but very nice, and with a jacuzzi and a great place to chill with great night time rooftop views of Alcobendas town.

Perfect for the price and very clean since we travelled with our 3 year old boy. There is also a 24hours restaurant so we could had dinner even in the late evening. The staff was very kind with us. it’s very good for a stopover in Madrid.

This hotel has king size beds and large rooms, usually larger than the ones I stayed in the U.S. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom very large.
The breakfast buffet is amazing. It has everything you can imagine from cereal and toast to eggs, bacon, and cold cuts and cheeses.
It has an airport van that takes about 10 min to get there because it goes against the traffic rush.
The staff is very professional and friendly. I always get great service.
The only problem is that the AC/heating is centralized, so if the heat if furnace is turn on and the room is hot, one can only open the windows which is to a busy street.

The hotel was very nice, and the rooms were very comfortable, well equipt rooms and the hotel offered nice amenities. Probably better suited for business travelers as its location is a bit far from any tourist attractions and the choice of close restaurants is VERY limited. However, there is a very good neighborhood italian restaurant just around the corner.

It's a nice place for the price however, the only major problem is it's too far from the city centre. Since many tourist places in Madrid are in and around the city centre, this hotel is quite far (approx 1 hour) and you need to plan your trip accordingly.

The hotel was excellent.
The hotel was excellent.
We were travelling to Estepona, Spain and needed to stop over. Rather than try to stay in Madrid we chose Alcobendas and this turned out to be an excellent choice. We would certainly use this location again.
We were only able to stay one night but would have liked to stay longer to explore.

Alcobendas was a trip down memory lane as we lived close to there some years ago. It is convenient for city centre and surrounding areas but not easy to get around immediate vicinity without a car as not many pavements and area is wrapped around dual carriageway and main motorway to the North (N1). Metro stations are good for city but be aware that they are outside Zone A ( line 10) so it costs a little more and you need to switch trains at Tres Olivas.

We stayed for one night before flying out from Madrid...
We stayed for one night before flying out from Madrid airport. Room was good, clean, comfy bed. Staff at check in were good. Free parking was very helpful. There's a small shopping mall just a short walk across the road where we had dinner. The only let down was the breakfast. Limited options of cereal, pastries and toast. Was a fairly small room so breakfast was a bit chaotic.
We were so absolutely blown away by the breakfast which had really delicious, healthy foods like Real scrambled eggs (not re-constituted powdered eggs) Sautéed peppers and mushrooms, in addition to all the delicious pastries. They also provided a high-end automatic coffee machine which even made frothed milk for a Cappuccino!
Also— bed and bedding were luxurious and room got really dark and cold =Perfect Sleep
Also—close to Madrid Airport
The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were big and decorated very modern. The bathroom was also big and well lit, with a huge shower (with modern shower glass door). The view wasn't the best (if faced constructions) but that was not an issue. Their free breakfast (included in price of stay) was amazing with a huge variety of foods, from breads, to pastries, to cereals to fresh fruits.
I requested a 4 Night stay September 15th-18th at this hotel and had to cancel. I then spoke to a representative about a refund and they said it would be returned to my account in a few business days. I don’t mean to be rude or tarnish this establishment I just would like my money back please. I have tried to contact and reach out about it but no one will respond.
Wonderful unique family run hotel, wooden furniture, tons of fruit and veg shops, bakeries within a 30 second walk. Best of all, Enrique and Begonia are the nicest people, encouraging my feeble attempts to learn Spanish. Having now travelled through Andalusia I realize how great that Madrid place is. Highly recommend.
Outstanding place to stay and everything was perfect, the staff, the parking space, the room, the breakfast and everything that you can think of they excelled at this property.
Highly recommend and a keeper for future traveling to Madrid.
The hotel really tries to provide as much services as possible. Free parking, really nice buffet breakfast included, vending machines, reasonable room service, many extra helpful information for the guests. Very quiet in the rooms
Free parking. It is officially rated 2** but I think it should rather qualify for 3***. Clean place. In the centre of Alcobendas, park down the road, shopping centre, all you need. Friendly staff. Definitely good value.
Perfect location - 500m to metro but far from touristic city center, nice cafe just close to hotel entrance, lots of free street parking slots around.
Great sound proof and light proof curtains.
Smooth checkin.
Comfort, price, staff, free parking, only 15 minutes driving from the airport.
(To arrive to center-Madrid: few minutes driving to train station 'Estación de tren Valdelasfu' and then fast train.
My wife and I use this hotel often, especially if in transit to fly out of Madrid. We also put up all of our business guests at this hotel when we lived in La Moraleja, Madrid.
