The hotel is right smack in the centre of the old quarters. Its restaurant and alfresco patio is constantly filled to the brim. The room offered us was on the top floor and had a sun/moon window. Room size was adequate. We didn't try the spa facilities, so no comment. The counter staff are very helpful.

León is compact (in the historic section) and easy to get around.
Lots of bars and restaurants and tiny places to have a drink and a Tapa. All quite reasonably priced.
The cathedral is worth a visit just for the stained glass windows. They were sensational.

It was only a short visit arriving late afternoon and leaving just after 10am the next day. However we enjoyed our evening walk.
We stayed in the same hotel in 2022 and had more time to look around.
- The Catedral de León is a must visit
- The Museo Casa Botines Gaudí has a beautiful facade but we didn't have the opportunity to visit the museum
We also enjoyed having a coffee and croissant breakfast at the Café Bar La Dama next door to the FC Infantas de León we were staying in.

First time in León and really enjoyed the atmosphere.
First time in León and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Drinks and tapas, shopping, exploring ancient Churches and other sites, processions of Semana Santa. Lots of choices of what you may want to do. Definitely want to explore some more, so will make a return trip at some point.

Beautiful city full of history and good eating places.
Beautiful city full of history and good eating places. Specialty of the region was roast suckling pig and lamb. It has an outstanding cathedral, larger than I expected and most beautiful.
The apartment was ample and comfortable, even though it had no air conditioning. It wasn't needed for this time of the year.

León is a great city to visit, with lots of history, numerous tourist attractions and wonderful museums. It's easy to walk around, clean and neat. The Cathedral, Museo / Basilica de San Isidoro (where the Holy Grail is located), Convento de San Marco and Museo de Castille Y León (free admission) are not to be missed. I found the food relatively cheap compared to other cities. Lunch at Ezequiel was a great experience, though it may be a little difficult to get a table at peak hours. Enjoy!
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were ok.
It was a great surprise for me to have a long pillow beside the regular pillow on the bed. I always sleep with a long pillow; this was the first time I had one in a hotel.
It was good that it was within walking distance to the city center, 10 minutes by taxi to Leon university and Renfe station.
Location location location! In the old part of Léon, close to the cathedral on the main street! Close to the historical centre. Hotel is hard to spot because the first floor is actually restaurant Lumiere, which is a great restaurant! The hotel rooms are average, beds are hard but the bathroom is good. All in all a great place to spend some lovely Léon!
I’m hiking the Camino and was just looking for a quiet warm place to stay. This hotel was both and the location right next to the cathedral was wonderful. I had access to a lot of great tapas bars and a little grocery to fill my pack for walking. The heating doubles as drying racks which was helpful as some of cloths were wet from walking.
I loved the hostal’s very central location in León’s old historic district. It is located in the Plaza Torres de Omaña, home to local tapas bars. Fernando, the innkeeper couldn’t have been nicer. He went out of his way to help me find options to successfully complete my Camino Francés. My room had a terrace and a bathtub.
Fantastic location in the centre of Leon on Plaza San Isidoro . We had a landmark view of the Basilica San Isidoro from our room. The hotel offered secure storage for our bicycles .
Breakfast was at Restaurant Boccalino, owned by the hotel - great croissant, juice , coffee..
This is a beautiful, modern condo with plenty of space, quality furniture, and nice, new appliances and kitchenware. The location is ideal to Leon’s central plaza and cathedral. Isidro is a kind, helpful host, and we would definitely return here for our visit to Leon.
Excellent breakfast! The best we had in Spain at a hotel. The building is beautiful and location was perfect for walking to Leon center. We were warm in the room. Noticed fans available under stair well but failed to see them before evening.
Everything!! Amazing hotel, room, restaurant, rooftop, view to Leon's cathedral...really everything!! The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, it seemed to stay in a mountain refuge..I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it!
A hotel in a truly amazing location -- right on the main square with Leon cathedral. Lots of great restaurants around. We were doing the Camino and it was a magnificent way to spend the night in Leon.
I can’t fault this hotel- right in the heart of Leon, a beautiful old building decorated sympathetically. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful.
For a pilgrim, it truly feels palacial! The staff go out of their way to welcome and provide any incidentals. The city of León is as friendly as it is beautiful.
