The hotel is quite close to the airport + they provide shuttle to and from each of the Terminals, which is very convenient. My flight arrived way too early, and I arrived at the hotel 4 hours before my check-in time, but I managed to work near the lobby; the staff kindly provided me with wifi and offered to keep my bags, and informed me as soon as they had my room ready. There are a couple restaurants nearby, along with some convenience stores.

The buffet breakfast and restaurant was very expensive. The room was good and it is close by the airport with a free shuttle. There are good and reasonably priced eateries nearby. It was 27 degrees the day we checked in on 2 June but the pool was closed until 6 June so we were not able to use that facility which was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel which is really no more than a transit hotel for the airport. When the neighbouring room started partying reception promptly moved us to another room which we appreciated.

I have stayed there before. It is always a nice place to stay, enjoy the plaza clasico, the restaurants and the Metro. They always greet you as family. They are bilingual so you have no issues.

I loved the prompt shuttle pick up at the airport AND that the ride to the airport in the morning was so fast. The bathroom is modern with fantastic water pressure. Towels were thick and not old. The bed was comfortable. Having a TV guide that tells a guest what channels are available (and their number) would be a real help if you like to watch tv a bit. Wifi was fast and that is great!

Taxi from airport to hotel is 20 Euro (this is the minimum for a taxi service). It's about 2-3 km away, so technically you can walk from the airport, we didn't since we had lots of bags. The location is not fancy, better to have your own car. Otherwise, there is a bar down a couple of streets, that doubles up as restaurant where you can find simple and hearty food like steak and fries for a reasonable price.
