The convenience to the Airport was #1. Airport Shuttle worked out great. The rooftop terrace was very enjoyable. Desk service was also great. We had the opportunity to eat at the hotel restaurant, & the food was quite good as were the rates.

I booked here because it was much less expensive than Barcelona, and the train to Barcelona was convenient. However, we enjoyed Sant Boi del Llobregat so much that we never did go into Barcelona until we left. It was a pleasant family-oriented area, with sidewalk cafes and friendly people.

The overall stay was pleasant. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen and toilets were clean. Walkable distance to railway station, for trains to Barcelona Sound proofing of the room was really bad. Guests at neighboring room was partying one night, and we couldn't sleep due to the loud noise. Interesting places to visit in Town Plaza de Espanya Visit Dagrada Familia but expensive to enter into Cathedral with alot of stairs Bus routes complicated as one side road Keep to one bus to Town and back to Hotel, otherwise you can get lost like we did twice and had to hail a taxi back

The Hotel is nice, clean and the location is superb. But concerning the Hotel Bill-out amount that was charged to us is higher than the amount we booked for the accommodation. Which is our great concern and will complained about.

I am very disappointed with Sant Boi Del and my explanation...
I am very disappointed with Sant Boi Del and my explanation for this is because the front desk continued to tell me to wait for my room to be cleaned. Eachtime I went up to the front desk to question whether my room had been cleaned I was told to wait a few minutes until my room was cleaned and by the time we were allowed access to our room 3 hours had passed.

The reception staff is very polite and friendly. It is very convenient that there is a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. We arrived outside the bus schedule, but called the reception and they kindly sent a shuttle bus for us. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing missing is a bit more variety for breakfast and tastier scrambled eggs although the pastries were great.

Free parking here and we could walk to the train station. Cost only 5 Euros round-trip into the center - a nice, 20 minute ride. ( It is downhill to the station but we're ok with walking.) The hotel used to be a castle and the public spaces are pretty. There were events during our stay, but the noise stopped by 10 and we weren't bothered. It was fun to see people having a good time. Good wifi

First the door of the room was broken, room was cold with no heating only air conditioning which did not heat. I felt so unsafe. The receptionist was so rude and he hardly spoke any English.
