Very clean and comfortable and great pool and gym. Good for parking -safer than many hotels I have stayed-very important.Lovely staff, food, facilities, room, ambience, but FREEZING temperatures in shared areas spoilt stay as like a lot of other guests we had to stay in our rooms to keep warm.

The staff were absolutely lovely.. The food was delicious and hot.. My only complaint was the over the bath shower. As a disabled person.. it should have been wet room. Climbing into a bath was difficult and dangerous.. but the pressure of the shower was extremely powerful and enjoyable..the sunrise was beautiful

The hosts were very welcoming and on arrival we were greeted by beautiful flowers and a generous welcome pack, including their own home produced ice creams. Very well thought out and lovely decor - v comfy too. Access to the family's tennis court is also an added extra, with rackets and balls supplied on request. The location is great for exploring Kent. Recommended somewhere to eat in the evening and that food was only surpassed by Downsview’s full English breakfast, hot and cooked to perfection.
