Excellent, clear comms with host prior to stay.
Good location, and only a short distance from central Farnham.
Easy WiFi access, great connection throughout visit.
Large, spacious lodge, which would have been ideal had my family been able to travel with me - all the amenities you could need for a short break.
The outdoor bbq and seating would be great of a summer evening, just needs cleaning down so useable.

Farnham is a lovely town with gorgeous shops, parks and even a castle to explore. There are countless restaurants and coffee shops, and it has a lovely atmosphere. The traffic is an issue in the town, this was my 4th visit in as many years, and this year the traffic was extremely busy and effected the ambience of the town as a whole. Don't let this put you off though. Try a drink or two and a bite to eat in the lovely beer garden at The Lost Boy. Such a treat on a sunny day. We always stay at The Bush Hotel, which is fabulous with an incredible history. The beds are comfortable and the breakfasts superb. Had two rounds of golf booked at Hankley Common which is only 2 miles or 5 minute drive down the road. The a great little country pub perfectly situated with good food, nice rooms although a little small and lovely friendly staff. My room had a complimentary bottle of flavoured gin, also there is a small room called The study on the first floor which was a small seating area that had plenty of books for a nice quiet read, a radio should you want to listen and also a bottle of Glenfiddich single malt scotch you could help yourself to. Farnham is a lovely market town with pretty much all the shops you would need. Tilford the village had a pub, coffee shop and a local shop. squires garden centre was a longer walk of short drive away the Duke of Cambridge pub right outside the cabins property had excellent food and good array of drinks. there are many trails all around the local area, excellent for walking and trail running.debbieUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

Returning after attending college here 40 years ago it was wonderful to see the overall charm hadn’t changed, the period buildings, the quirky “yards” and churches, pubs and laneways means Farnham is still a beautiful place to visit. Plenty to investigate. Shops have changed or updated but the character still invites a thorough walk around town. Further afield delivers the pleasures of rural Surrey, Farnham and the environs, are in my opinion well worth a visit.

The location is idyllic and the outside seating area is surrounded by palm trees and the pond. It was my wife’s birthday the following day and nothing was too much effort for the staff. Special thanks must go to Vishnu who went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. I would highly recommend a visit to this hidden gem of a hotel and spa.
