The ladies at the front desk were so very accommodating and very friendly.
The food in the hotel’s restaurant was unbelievable delicious. Our waiter had recommended a couple of his favorite dishes. We were blown away as to how good the food was. Thank you for a great experience.

The room and shared common space was clean. The private bathroom was updated and clean. The beds were very comfortable, not a spring mattress. There was also a small tv with Netflix which we enjoyed.

This guest house strikes the perfect balance between the services of a hotel and the personal touch of a B&B. No need to interact with B&B hosts as the staff are professional and then leave you to your own care while there are amenities such as a nice lounge with a fireplace that you would find in a good B&B. The breakfast was excellent, presentation, content and service. We had a takeaway homemade loaf of bread upon check out which was an unexpected bonus.

Everything was simply amazing! From the location to the cleanliness to the amazing staff! Just perfect!
Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming, any question I had was answered with patience, the recommendations from Dave about were to eat and a nice Irish night at the local pub was great!
Thanks to all the staff!

Everything was amazing. We had such a nice stay and host was very inviting and kind. We got some great recommendations as well for local food at a bar next door with live music. I would recommend staying 10/10!

A very charming village. The people were very friendly.
A very charming village. The people were very friendly. Great pubs and live music (McGann's & McDermott's were the ones we visited). There is a spectacular view of the Cliffs of Moher from the parking lot of the ferry dock; our landlord recommended we go at sunset, and it was amazing! It happened to be high tide and the roaring waves made the scene even more astounding. Of course, the Cliffs are just down the road, and they are one of the best sights in Ireland.

Great music, fun and food.
Great music, fun and food. Excellent quality food in all pubs and hotels. You can walk between pubs but lack of street lights can make this dangerous at night...maybe there could be a store of hivis vests that could be swapped between pubs for those walking.

Got a true feel for this countryside / seaside community. Loved the pubs. Took the scenic cliff side walk to Cliffs of Moher which was spectacular but super muddy. Amazing and majestic. Bus back to town could have been more on time and available.

Doolin is a cute little town and is a great place to stay for close proximity to the Cliffs of Moher. There isn't much to do in Doolin, so I recommend staying there only to spend the night after visiting the Cliffs that afternoon or before visiting the Cliffs the next morning.

Plenty of restaurants and lovely craft shops.
Plenty of restaurants and lovely craft shops. Good atmosphere and traditional Irish music available in the evenings.
Beside the sea and a ferry can take you to see the Aran Islands and the cliffs of Moher.
Ballinalacken hotel had amazing views of the Cliffs of Moher and the Atlantic Ocean. There were comfortable chairs in the lounge and lobby for enjoying the view. While dining, we viewed the Cliffs. The outdoors featured an extensive wildflower garden. The meals were excellent and the service was impeccable without being stiff or formal. The room was sparkling clean and comfortable. Before dinner, there was an informative tour of the original, unrestored castle. There was a cozy little bar where we enjoyed after-dinner drinks.
Rooms: The room/bathroom were great and very modern, as the property seemed to be brand new! Breakfast included a few pastries, but water/tea/coffee with a kettle was also provided.
Location: Excellent! We were able to walk into Doolin at night to get dinner / go to the pubs. It was about ~10-20 min walk depending on where you go. Close driving distance to Lahinch, Doolin Pier, and Cliffs of Moher as well!
Hosts/Check-In: Very friendly and helpful! Check-in was super easy as well.
Lovely place in Doolin, very plush and comfortable with stylish neutral greys. Great shower. The breakfast deserves a special mention, with eggs made to order and interesting homemade items on the buffet. The owners are very nice and available for tips and recommendations, we had a great dinner in town because the owner was able to make a reservation for us. Bonus point, Bertie, the fluffy dog who welcome all guests!
The hotel was beautifully located on a picturesque meadow with spectacular views.
The history of the hotel as well as the castle was like stepping back in time. The restaurant delivered the best meal of our entire stay
The room was beautiful and comfortable although unseasonably warm.
Screens on the windows would be welcome other than that this hotel is a hidden gem of fabulous luxury in a stunning g country!
We were totaly overwhelmed. It is such a beautiful house in an even more beautiful area! After one of the best dinner's in doolin we watched the sunset at the cliffs of moher just 15 minutes with the car from the glenmore house! This B&B is a real gem for anyone wanting to go to the cliffs of moher and see the little town of doolin. Thank you Angela for your great and lovely hospitality!
We were only visiting Doolin for a night for a wedding but the time spent in the hotel was great. Really comfy beds, friendly staff and a great breakfast. On a sunny day you would easily be able to see the Cliffs of Moher. We were also very grateful to be given a lift into the village by the hosts as the weather wasn’t well enough for us to walk - thank you so much for that!
Absolutely amazing location with picture perfect views of the water. Comfortable 3 bedroom that is less than 10 minutes from Doolin and the Cliffs of Moher. Great communication with the owners. Previous feedback I reviewed mentioned size of the bathrooms. Although they were efficiently sized, they did not detract at all from this property in my view.
This was the best of the three Michelin-guide restaurants we tried while in Ireland for a week. Needless to say, the food was exceptional. And it was not skimpy (as in some fine-dining establishments). We were able to stay in one of the rooms upstairs, which was not fancy but perfectly comfortable and a bargain compared to Dublin hotels.
Damian was very welcoming, room and beds were comfortable. Very near to the 2 pubs so easy to grab dinner. Note that the doolin cafe is not open on certain days, there really isn't any other breakfast places (doolin hotel and all only serve their own guests). We ended up grabbing something from a Supervalu on our way out.
It’s in a stunning location overlooking Doolin, Doonagore Castle (3 blocks away), and the ocean. It’s well equipped, pleasant and has a nice parking spot right outside. The washer-dryer works well - just a bit of learning curve. Liz the property manager is wonderful ! Wish we would have booked for a longer time 🍀
Such a lovely B&B. Great location, really close to the Cliffs and also Doolin for dinner and drinks. Our room had an incredible view. Staff were all really nice and helpful. Shoutout to Michael for going out of his way to provide vegan breakfast for me. Will definitely be back!😊
We had the best few days with you in Doolin. Everything was amazing, the food in the restaurant, the wine and drinks, the breakfast in the hotel and the coffees in The Meadow. All the staff were really lovely. We have already booked again for next year.
We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage in Doolin. The views are lovely, the beds very comfortable and it was nice to spread out a bit after staying in hotels. A very welcoming touch was the coffee, tea, bread , butter, and milk for us on arrival!
Great Location in the centre of Doolin. If you've got a wedding going on over the road in the hotel, this is perfect for you. Very clean and cosy room over looking the river. Sound of the rushing water will send you off to sleep, no problems
Fantastic Breakfast which was provided at the Glas located directly across the street. You will only need breakfast as the daily meal. The location is the center of attention with this property. It is now part of the Hotel Doolin complex.
very friendly and inviting hosts.
lovely artwork and well designed rooms and use of space.
breakfast was outstanding and the most unique menu options we have ever seen at a b&b.
helped recommend a wonderful restaurant for dinner.
Lovely hotel - very helpful and wonderfully welcoming staff. Comfortable beds and nice room. Fantastic restaurant and bar areas. The location is convenient yet also restful and quiet after hours. Thank you!
