Not our first time here because location is ideal for us. The bed was super comfortable (I slept the whole night, very rare for me) and breakfast was superb.

We like very much the city of Alessandria. There are many things around to visit and we will be coming back. Alessandria has many small restaurants, good book stores and people are very friendly. It's easy to get around and the atmosfere of the city is really nice. I particulary like the architecture of the city and we always stop to have coffy or to eat. It's wonderful to come back.

There are many spots in the city you can visit by foot avoiding the heat wave after lunch time.
If you like the culture, there are a couple of museums in the centre (the museum about Borsalino can be an option). In case you prefer to visit a church, there are many to choose or a historical site like the citadella (for free, but needs work of conservation). Inside the citadella, there is a free entrance museum about the weapons and uniforms used by the Italian army and well explained and detailed information about it (only in Italian).
For lunch and dinner, any option in the centre should be good.
Room is tidy and clean, space is big. Lots of parking spot. Check in and out is smooth. Quiet location. I would say the price for this room during the peak of the Easter holiday was competitive. If you could drive an hour away from Milan or Genova (if those are your travel destinations), it is better to spend it in this hotel than some expensive but bad hotels in the main cities of Milan or Genova. There are also some nice restaurants for you to discover in and around Alessandria.
It's not in the center of Alessandria so less busy and easily reachable. The parents were lovely (speaking only Italian, but we managed quite well). The flat is decorated nicely and everything needed was there. There is a private courtyard where I was able to store my bike. Balcony not reachable directly from the flat but it's right next to the entrance of the flat.
It was a modern, cozy room with access to balcony. Very clean and good equipped. It's situated in very good location, pretty near everything you want to see in Alessandria. The host is very pleasant and accommodating. He helped me resolve an uncomfortable situation. So we definitely come to another visit, in good circumstances.
The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were very professional, and dealt with issues very quickly.
The hotel was well appointed and very clean. The bathroom was large and even had a bidet.
There was a huge car park with cameras and a police station next door, so very secure.
Good value for money.
The front desk was very welcoming and helpful (and we arrived very late). We got a flat tire on the side street of the hotel and the gentleman who greeted us provided us guidance and made a sign for us (in Italian) to place on our windshield because we were in a no parking zone (bad luck).
Location was great, easy access from rail station then to our car rental the next day. Visually, the apartment was very nice. Check in was great with a how-to video.
It was a good stop for us a few days into our trip to do laundry and have some space, as we are both working on the road.
A real gem! A beautiful old country home in the outskirts of Alessandria converted into apartments. A great value! Giovanni, the proprietor, is very kind, helpful, and hospitable.
If you stay here you will love it.
Good hotel with comfortable bed, clean room and friendly personal.
Location very close to the highway, with large private parking.
Combines hotel, bar and restaurant. Reasonable prices.
Recommended. 👍
The staff was what made this stay tolerable. So kind and accommodating. Also, the location is excellent for Alessandria near the center and train station (within walking distance to both).
The hotel was very nicely located close to the station and the city centre and the university. I was travelling for work and I needed a fast wi-fi connection and that worked brilliantly.
Clean and comfortable hotel, run by very friendly and approachable staff. Good buffet breakfast and private parking available. Stayed here before and would happily return.
