They were so warm and welcoming. They were friendly and helpful. They had breakfast waiting for us every morning and that was such a highlight of the stay. The place was VERY clean and smells amazing.

There are so many places to eat!
There are so many places to eat! The food is excellent pretty much everywhere. The focaccia si to die for and so is the farinata! When visiting Lavagna you can forget about the car and if you wish to visit 5 terre the train is very convenient! Smoking should be banned in all beaches, though!FrancescaGermany - 8.0Scored 8.0

Clean air. Very calm city. Most importantly, you can visit other places while staying in Lavagna, by train or by boat. the food is excellent. Very friendly waiters and owner of the restaurant. Small coastal town with cheaper accommodation than other...
Small coastal town with cheaper accommodation than other towns in the area. (ie Portofino). Good rail service. Church of St Stephen is well worth a visit as the interior is spectacular. Not a huge choice of Restaurants but you will not starve!!. Some nice shops.

The room Vernazza was one of the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed at. Great views of the Mediterranean sea and very spacious. Parking is available right at the property. The pool area has enough sunbeds for all guests and areas in the shade as well. Shuttle service down to Sestri Levante was reliable and the driver was very nice/friendly. This place is a great base when visiting Cinque Terre - I will definitely return.

Three of us stayed, so we used the sofa bed. I would say the apartment is absolutely perfect for a couple but maybe a little cramped for 3 people.
