The rooms are in very authentic Trulli style, the outdoor pool and gardens were amazing, very relaxing and peaceful. The staff were all very helpful and Francesca was an absolute joy to deal with each day. The coffee and breakfast each day were a real treat 10/10. We based ourselves there for 6 nights and toured the region each day. Happily recommend this place.

The place was ‘trulli’ amazing. Martino was a very generous host ( thanks for the delicious fruit and veggies) plus the pasta) . We stayed in the house which had its own charm. We also got to see the renovated trulli which looked amazing.
The place is in the country side but it’s only an easy 15 min walk into town- which is charming . Also great cafes, food and vineyards!
This is a superb off the beaten track place and so glad we stayed here. I’ll be back

Otto personally met us at the top of the stairs and helped with baggage into the GORGEOUS apartment. A really special, enchanting home with one of the best rooftop views of the church where we saw some fireworks. Very special choice!

If you are planning to visit try and go early as it gets SO busy and it’s a shame as there are far too many people It’s very beautiful and you need to walk away from the center and the noise We found some really lovely bars and restaurants away from the main parts We found a wonderful farm to table restaurant away from the center with a lovely vegetable garden The food was incredible called Trattoria e orti TerraMadre

Locorotondo is beautiful, the people friendly and lots of great restaurants, bars and cafes. After a single visit to most places they remembered I am vegan and would tell me which items were vegan. Every restaurant I went to would change dishes to be vegan for me. This not about being vegan but about the people of Locorotondo being so very nice.

We went on 30th December and the only downside was how extremely busy it was at that time of year, although we should have guessed. Not as many Christmas shops as you would imagine but lots of bars and restaurants. all reasonably priced.Banks - 10Scored 10

Of all the towns we visited in Puglia over 5 days, Locorotondo was the most beautiful and the perfect base for our exploration. Lots of restaurants and a nice winery. Picturesque labyrinth of streets is fun to get lost in.

We had a car, so we were in an apartment just outside the historic center. We feel that Locorotondo is the perfect base to explore the nearby Puglia towns. Locorotondo is a great base for 2 nights if you are travelling around Alberobello, Martina Franca, Cisternino and Ostuni. It is also the cutest little city in this region. It has great restaurants, bars and cafes. We love it!

Having Anna as our hostess was just “icing on the cake”—she is a joy of a person, so outgoing, and a genius with fresh-baked breakfast goodies every morning. She even shared her “taralli” recipe. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! (plus you get Jerry the cat to greet you every day!)

It is newly furbished and attention is paid to every single decoration detail. You are in heart of Locorotondo historic town but yet in a quiet street and away from noise. Hosts are very responsive and went out and beyond for everything we asked. Free parking is 3-4 minutes away on foot. There is also a coffee machine and you can have your morning espresso on the cute balcony. You should definitely book if you are traveling in Puglia.

After staying in city centers, what a nice treat to have space and genuine warmth from the hosts. Lovely trulli we stayed in, amazing fresh breakfast with local eggs, Mama's pies, burrata, great coffee. Donkeys as pets. Blood pressure lowered as soon as we arrived. Would come back here if we ever visit Locorotondo again.
