The staff Imma, Enzo, Luca, Antonio, Michaela and all the others were very nice all the time and were very helpful with a problem we had with the car, also calling several times for us.
The hotel is located just in front of the sea, a few steps walking, although the room was small but very clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable.
They had a shuttle all the time to the parking lot, the bus stop and back. From the bus stop you can walk to Sorrento about 20 min.
A simple but enough breakfast is served in the restaurant in ground floor of the hotel. They have also a very good menu for dinner.
Magnificent place to spend a few days!!
We'd love to come back!!!

The Taverna is located right on the beach in the tiny seaside area of Nerano. It’s very relaxing and the hotel is very well kept and managed by a lovely staff. We had the largest room (suite) with a view patio so it was very comfortable.

It is quieter than Sorrento but only a short bus ride away from lots of activities if needed. It was a nice location if you want away from the throngs of tourists. A few nice restaurants and beautiful views.

We had a lovely room with typically large doors opening onto a well-sized patio with lounges overlooking the ocean. The room was clean and spacious. The bath and shower were a bit small but did not deter from our experience. The restaurant that was adjacent to the hotel was excellent. Sergio was a wonderful host.

Super far away from any near town or city. Not much to do.
Super far away from any near town or city. Not much to do. Beaches are not nice here but there is a harbour where you can get an expensive boat trip to Capri. No buses around and taxi is ridiculously expensive... however a beautiful little village if you like peace and quiet and don't want to leave your accommodation at all for the trip. The nearest beach was Puolo beach (10 minute drive) which had dirty water, lots of boats and rentable chairs but no regular sandy beach space and quite far off if you don't take a taxi all the way there.

Massa Lubrense is a beautiful village right out side Sorrento. The views are stunning and it feels very immersed into the community, rather than the touristy atmosphere in Sorrento. There are plenty of restaurants and little shops near by. Would recommend Scooters or a Rental car however, because the busses in this region are not as reliable, but no matter where you stay in Almafi, that would be the case.
The staff were so friendly from the moment we checked in and received our welcome drink right up until we checked out. We had one of the tasting menu's in the restaurant for dinner with wine pairing, the servers were so attentive and very knowledgable about the history of the wine. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from and the view made it all the better. The hotel is situated in the most stunning location and the sunset was just the best end to an amazing trip. I can't wait to go back next year!
They were always available. Our suite was WONDERFUL!
Angela was very accommodating and helped us celebrate our daughter's 50th birthday. The cake she had made was the best ever!
She spoke good English, helped us change reservations at another hotel and moved us to another room when we decided to stay longer.
It is a castle with lots of stairs. *We had a beautiful view from our deck and the rooms were spacious.
We would love to stay longer.
the view from is amazing, location away from the noise, accommodation is stunning and very clean. I had the best stay of my whole trio around Italy here. Barbara was an amazing host. she offered to pick me on my arrival even though I booked the room very last minute. She gave guidance on how to spend my time in the Amalfi coast which was super helpful. She was such an amazing host.
All staff members (reception, bar, breakfast buffet) were super nice and helpful! We only stayed here one night and don’t use the spa facilities, so we can only comment on the rooms. We were a big group and had booked multiple rooms. The double bedroom was very nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is great to explore nearby towns like Sorrento.
The view was the best part! It was like something off of a postcard. We also loved the pool, as it was kept super clean and we had it mostly to ourselves during our stay. Their partnership with Torre One Fire restaurant was also a giant perk - the best restaurant in Massa Lubrense hands down (we may or may not have eaten dinner there every single night on top of our lunches).
Peaceful, rural Italian setting in Massa Lubrense near to the busy “touristy“ town on Sorrento. It had a very nice breakfast of croissants, toast, ham, eggs, and espresso. Massa Lubrense was close to the beach we visited and close to Sorrento for shopping. The lemon orchard, views from our balcony, and charming farm animals made this one of the highlights to Italy.
We made 2000 kilometers through the Italy during this year’s trip and stayed in many places. Profumo di Capri was the unique one. The gem. Best place we stayed in this year. Definitely will be back. Don’t even consider other places if you’re going to actively explore the coast. Stayed here only with my wife but the place is perfect for 2+2 or also even 2+3.
Fantastic view and cozy resort. We had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed both the pool and the restaurant. The food was excellent. The view from the bar area is amazing. Very service minded staff. Small walk to a near by village where there are a few restaurants, a small grocery store and a coffee shop/bar/gelateria.
Sea beauty is a perfect holiday house located close to the beach in very quite village of Massa Lubrense. The apartments are fully equipped, spacious and cozy. The sea view is amazing!
There is also a terrace where you can sunbathe, relax and have meals.
Highly recommend!
If you want to be on the beach it’s perfect. However, it is out of the way. The shuttle service is amazing. The staff are very helpful. The shower is shocking- constantly hot, cold, very low pressure. The breakfast could be better. The hotels restaurant is fantastic for dinner.
One of the best hotels, efficient service, a spectacular breakfast,
helpful reception and brilliant room cleaning
It will be my fixed location for the Amalfi coast,
Boats available every day to visit the Amalfi coast and Capri
Beach with very clean sea
Veronica and Marianne were great, helped us with many questions we had.
Always with a smile and patience
The views are beautiful, and the room was clean with comfortable bad.
Great breakfast as well
We had lovely time hiking around Massa Lubrense :)
Antonella was available anytime we needed something. She responded very quickly through What's App.
Location is perfect at the heart of a smaller town of Massa Lubrense, overlooking Capri, and only a short bus ride into Sorrento.
Everything was perfect!
Location quiet but short bus ride to downtown Sorrento.
The view of Capri from the bedroom and balcony were stunning.
Delicious food in restaurant.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Hotel spotlessly clean.
The place is very cozy and they are so nice and welcoming.
The breakfast is made specifically for you.
It's pretty close to Sorrento by car, and the view from the room is to the open sea, stunning sunsets.
Beautiful new er probably with tasteful decor. Bus stop in front of hotel which was convenient. Service and food was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.
good location to travel amaldy coast, sorento. nice and green village, not so crowded. apartment is cozy and has spirit of Italy. the host is very hospitable.
