All the staff are very polite and helpful.
And top floor Onsen is a bonus and it was so relaxing especially after carrying heavy bags and pushing suitcase.
There are many choices for breakfast, too.

Classic Japanese hotel in a great location, 5 mins from train to Haneda & other trains from Shinagawa station. Comfortable rooms. Non smoking room did not smell fresh on our arrival, but was changed immediately. Convenience store, shops & restaurants in the building, which made life easier on one very rainy evening. Will stay here again.

A very grand -looking hotel! Very elegantly decorated with beautiful furniture and screens and lamps that are works of art. A Tully's cafe is a definite plus! Room is spacious with a balcony that offers an awesome view of the Tokyo tower, both in day and during the night. Parking is a great. You pay ¥1500 a day and get unlimited exits and re-entry. Hotel gives out parking chits freely when requested. Very helpful cleaning staff, willing to stop their work to answer some questions.

Situated in the beautiful Tokyo Bay Area I chose this hotel as our first to begin our holiday. So much to love, the staff are kind and welcoming. The amenities are in your room and also available in the lobby. There is a limousine bus directly Haneda Airport and it’s in walking distance to train stations, Tokyo Big Sight and a huge range of shops including the famous Gundam in Diver City. There is a 7/11 across the street and a Lawton’s on the first floor within the hotel.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!! The room was a little bit smaller than our previous accommodation but it was actually incredibly comfortable regardless, the bathroom is so nice as well, the beds were really comfortable and the view from our room blew me away, on a clear morning you could see Mt Fuji very clear, we would just sit at the window staring at it all morning, this was the perfect hotel to end our trip with, yummy food close by, the main train station is literally 2 minutes away and the train to take you back to Haneda airport is also only about a 5 minute walk away as well! Stay here you won’t regret it!
